Fernando showed up on time and did an excellent job. My beloved cat Lucy had a tumor on her colon and was prone to accidents. Unfortunately she recently passed and the first thing I did was get my hallway, stairs, and carpet cleaned. I would definitely recommend k-9 carpet cleaning especially if you have pets.

We had our carpet, wood, linoleum, vinyl, and slate floors cleaned. We were blown away with the results. Well worth the money spent. Josh did an amazing job- highly recommended!!

My experience with K9 Carpet Cleaning exceeded all expectations. My car hadn't been detailed in almost a year and was filled with dirt and pet hair. It looks as good as new now! Service was extremely professional and punctual. They keep you updated throughout the entire process and were also able to fit me in the schedule the day after I called. Would recommend to anyone!

I’m really not someone who complains, and it brings me no joy to leave negative feedback, but at this point I feel like I have to be honest about how disappointed I am with the service.

I do appreciate that you reviewed the video and sent him back out, but unfortunately the second visit didn’t resolve the issue. Two of the cushions are still stained, and they’re not deep stains—these are things that come out with basic dish soap. Between both visits, I now have video documentation that clearly shows how poorly the job was done and how much was missed.

Because the job still isn’t complete after two attempts, I’m requesting a refund of half my payment. I think that’s more than fair, especially considering I now have to pay someone else to finish the work on the cushions that were missed. I requested a partial refund but was ignored.

Won't use this company again. And wouldn't recommend.

Such a great service, fast efficient and reliable. The price was so reasonable for cleaning 2 sofas comparing with other companies I have talked to. Josh and his assistant are truly wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them!

Had 8 dining room chair upholstery cleaned, cream color. They came out great, worth the cost. Technician was very polite and focused on the work.

Although he arrived later than expected, the quality of work and prof was far above expectations. Evidently, technician texted me earlier about coming earlier than expected; but I didn’t see text. It would be helpful if technician could also call if plans change.

Fernando at K9 was great, he came out within a couples hours of my call. I needed one room cleaned and was pleased with the service. I would use this company again for future cleaning.

K-9 carpet cleaning has been amazing. We moved into a new house and one of the carpets smelled like dog and we could not get the smell out no matter what we did. They came out quickly and professionally treated and protected the carpet from further pet smells. They are professional and very easy to schedule with. And their van is adorable. We will be using them again!

Excellent communication and flexibility. Joshua O was my technician and we had some great conversation and he was respectful of our space and efficient. Our carpet was heavily soiled by many pets over the years and poor quality cleaning with commercial products and the difference is significant! He tailored the service after assessing the carpet and asked about other services we may need. I would say the pups are thankful, but the little one probably isn’t as we’re limiting her time upstairs to reduce her urinating up on the clean rugs.

We have a three year old female English Bulldog who LOVES the couch. She has claimed it as her own and slept, played, and drooled all over it for the past three years. Needless to say it was pretty gross. K9 Carpet Cleaning came and did a deep cleaning on it and now it looks and smells SO much better! They were professional, friendly and worked quickly. I used to throw a cover on it when company came and would Febreeze it because I was embarrassed. No more! I'm so happy with the results. Thank you!

Wow!!! Don’t know if I can say more than that, but what a great company! Fernando is amazing and kind and, obviously, takes pride n his work. He came to clean a rug and left with two to clean more thoroughly at the office. He also steamed my kitchen tile and my floor looks brand new. Also, Fernando didn’t mind my dogs kissing him soooo much!!!

Was a little late, but sent text explaining. Came when he said he could. Pleasant, easy to wirk with. Explained what he would be doing. Measured & discussed cost. Very professional and reasonable. I will have them come again.

Fernando came and cleaned my sectional that had been soiled with years of children and dog traffic as well as a recent pet accident. He was prompt, professional and friendly. The job was well done and the couch smells fresh. From scheduling until finish, everything met my expectations. The prices are reasonable as well. 5 stars
