Very helpful. Was there today, almost purchased the wrong hot water storage tank. Until they informed me that the tank i asking for was not what I wanted. Saved me a lot of time and a potential very expensive headache.

They usually have what I need, but they always give me the right info. They are open on Saturdays. They are the best plumbing supply store within 100 miles.

I called around to all the plumbers in the area around 10pm in a panic because a pipe was leaking in my bathroom. Wagner not only answered, but walked me through how to temporarily fix the problem until the next morning. I asked if he could get here early before I leave for work and they showed up at 6:30am! He fixed the problem and walked me through what he did. Cannot recommend the company enough. Thank you Wagner plumbing!

I hired GW Wagner Plumbing to install a new faucet and sink. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Despite running into multiple issues beyond their control, the two plumbers never gave up. I can not commend their determination and perseverance enough to solve the problem. I am beyond grateful they did not leave until the job was complete. The owner checked in many times to make sure all was going well. The new faucet and sink look beautiful! I highly recommend GW Wagner Plumbing. The integrity, dedication and honestly of Mr. Wagner and his staff are exceptional and extraordinary!

Wagner Plumbing came and helped me when my kitchen was flooding at night. They talked me through what would need to happen over the phone so I was sure of what I wanted to do. When they got here, they were very polite, worked efficiently and quickly, and solved my problem while answering any questions I had. Nothing negative about my experience. I will definitely call them if I ever need plumbing services!

I usually don't leave reviews, but I wanted to for Glen and his company as I was more then impressed. Glen did an amazing job. Most importantly he fixed the problem when multiple others didnt. I was in a tight situation with tenants moving in and he came out within the hour...fixed the situation...and had myself and my tenants happy. He did this on a weekend...after hours. I can't express how much relief he gave me. I highly recommend Glen for any gas or plumbing needs. His prices are reasonable and he stays until the end to make sure everything is done properly. I will definently be calling him for any other plumbing needs I have.

Five star excellent service. I was having toilet leaking issues. The plumber really focused on the problem and solved it. I encouraged him to take the time and get it right and that’s what he did. Couldn’t be happier.

I just moved into a new apartment and had a problem with the heat. Glen, Braidon and team were there to save the day! They were out within an hour, fixed my issue and did a follow up a few days later. They let me know when they were coming, how long they would be, explained the issue, what they did to fix the issue and followed up to ensure everything was good.

I feel that $170 charge for a 15 minute visit on a fully functioning heating system was entirely unfair. I feel I was treated like an emergency visit versus what I was looking for, a maintenance or cleaning visit. I requested a possible annual agreement and never heard back. The two technicians were very professional (I assuming it was training which I paid for).

When I discovered that our kitchen faucet was leaking all over the counter two days before Thanksgiving in Providence, Wagner was very responsive and came over the next day. I knew we needed it replaced before Thanksgiving. In that old kitchen, it was beyond your typically easy YouTube project, trust me. They got under the sink and finally freed up the leaking faucet to install the faucet I picked up at Home Depot. Reasonable and trustworthy, and I'll hire them again.

I gave them 3 stars for previous service. I am not sure if jobs are not outsourced to contractors in the area. The plumber came and mind you, my son was with hm. He stayed all of 30 min and charged over 600.00. He claimed he did things that were not seen done. I even questioned a piece that I thought was done the previous year. This man began to say forget the payment. I am going to give you that, because I am not about to explain what I did. What? If you do a service, you are about to explain what you did if I am not clear. How does a 7.00 piece and 30 minutes come to 637.00? That man was very unprofessional and wanted me to give him much more then the job was worth. That is why he waived any cost because I caught him and questioned him. Now, I have to find a new honest plumber.

Contracted with them to hook up a kitchen sink and disposal that was already in-place, a few $ worth of PVC, and some quick connect hoses- 2 guys, under 3 hours- $1970!! Does this seem high? Like 1200 high? I could have put myself through plumbing school, bought all the tools, leased a truck for a month, and still come out $500 less….. don’t call these guys- they surprise you with the price after the job is done- the sink seems to work ok

Glen is the best. My heat died and the repair presented a tricky problem. Glen left no stone unturned in his quest for a solution and he restored my heat at a fair price. He is honest and conscientious, and he knows his stuff. I recommend him very highly. Thanks Glen!

I called them to fix a faucet. They charge a $165 fee just to come out. Then the estimate was almost $800 to simply install a faucet that I bought! Outrageous price! The guys who came out were very nice. But I just lost $165 for nothing.
