My appointment was between 1:00pm and 3:00pm and they were here exactly at 1:00pm. They had to pick up a new garbage disposal and they said they would be back in 45 minutes and they were. Always have been very satisfied with their service.

I called at 8pm thinking that I’d just get an answering service but the owner of the business answered my call and patiently walked me through the problems that my hot water heater was having. I even called back that night with a few more questions and he was wonderfully patient and even went over the pros and cons with me when I wasn’t sure which hot water system to choose.

The guys who came to my house first thing in the morning were pleasant and happy to teach me how everything worked and bonus points for liking my dogs!

I found Wagner Plumbing & Heating through just an internet search. Glen came out right away, identified the need to replace the combination unit. He even called around to find the best price. His crew removed the old unit, had the new energy efficient combi unit plumbed, wired, installed in no time. Even took away the old one and left area clean. Glen was very professional, efficient, reliable and friendly. It's a tremendous relief to find someone you can trust.

Impressive reviews online, so when my hot water heater started leaking, I called them on a Monday, booked an appointment the following day. Team showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgable, fairly priced, out with the old, in with the new, done by lunch. One could not ask for more. Kudos Team Wagner! Seriously, well done!

This past Monday we decided to go with this company as our kitchen sink was leaking moderately into the basement when we turned the water on. We figured we would need a new pipe as our bathroom one was just replaced for $220. We had a water spicket replaced that leaked into the basement a year ago that cost me $250. The man that came to my house (the manager ) to inspect the leak, said we had a galvanized pipe that needed to be replaced. We knew this, it was a much shorter pipe than my bathroom one because this one had pvc halfway. The manager quoted us at $402.00 which we were completely stunned by. We said a for a single pipe your charging that much? He said well it’s for my time. The man never mentioned anything more than the single pipe he was replacing to justify this price. I called the office to speak with the owner, the receptionist said he was on vacation. We’ve had plenty of work done on our home to know this price was inappropriate. We wanted to cancel them, but they charge you $165 just to come out and see the problem. So pretty much lock you regardless of what they want to charge for a job. So once he completed the job he sent me two summaries one of our receipt which the amounts paid in cash and check were backwards, the second summary was the diagnosis and job performed. He diagnosed the job as “ DISHWASHER BRANCH TAIL piece with barb”. Not once did this man ever mention anything about our dishwasher that we do not use. He did not explain to us anything that he wrote in his summary, it was almost like looking at a completely different job than the one that was done in my home. Later that evening I got quotes from other plumbers for $250,$280. Needless to say, I will not be going with this company again and future customers should be aware. I was hoping they would have been an honest and decent company. I will not recommend.

A boiler went on me and they were able to replace it the same day at a fair price compared to other companies and the service fee is included in the price of repairs. The techs were professional and super friendly. The same day my shower started leaking which I thought was related to the boiler (it was not) and Glenn the owner came out himself and promptly fixed it for me. Best customer service and trustworthy people. I will be calling this company in the future for all plumbing needs. Thank you G Wagner.

Glen was great. We woke up on Saturday morning and smelt gas in our basement. Turns out, we had a gas leak in one of our pipes that needed immediate investigation and repair by a licensed plumber as we were stuck with no hot water or heat. Glen was the only one who picked up the call to come out on Sunday afternoon. He arrived within the hour of my call and found the leak. He came back first thing Monday morning with his partner and tools to complete the job. By early Monday afternoon we had heat and hot water again. Glen was a nice guy and very professional. He called back later that day to check in and make sure everything was back in order. Will definitely be calling Glen again for any future plumbing needs!

Horrible experience , quoted $200 just to come, after several hours and multiple zone heads changed , heat still not working and lLeft for the day leaving me with a $900 invoice. Next tech came a few days later and told me I would have to cut the walls open for them to fully understand the issue. Called a local handy man that simply purged the system into the drain instead of a 5 gal bucket ( as I suggested ) and got the heat working. 1 and done , I would not recommend

Once again Wagner Plumbing has provided exceptional service. They’re always efficient, provide quality work and put the customer first. Trust me I’ve tried other companies that have left my wallet hurting and scrambling to find someone else. These guys are great!

Glenn is not only a wonderful plumber, but he is a good, kind honest man. He is amazingly responsive, and always take good care of our old house and all its needs - from the smallest “will you come take a look at this?” to replacing and reconfiguring our entire furnace system. His electrical and sheet metal partners are also lovely. Could not recommend more!

There is nothing I appreciate more than a company that does exactly what they say they’re going to do. Glenn at G.W. Wagner Plumbing came in my time of need on time did a great job for a reasonable cost considering he came out the next day and completed the job. Was very professional and respectful as well. Monday, 2-20, I called looking for service to rebuild the plumbing under the kitchen sink, which was done in 2017 by a different company. It is leaking and destroyed part of the cabinet underneath. We made an appointment for Tuesday 2-21 between 7-8 am.

Tuesday, 2-21, 8:30 am, no one has shown up. I call as it was icy out to see if they are running behind. Long story short, there was a hiccup in communication, and no one was assigned to my job. They immediately dispatch Dan, and he arrives in under 30 minutes. I agree to the service, and he has a 2.5 hour job done in around 90ish minutes.

Dan was excellent and very knowledgeable, professional, and clean. I will not hold the hiccup in communication against Wagner as things happen, and they immediately rectified it. I would definitely recommend them. Everything was easy.

Had Glen replace a kitchen faucet. He showed up on time and did a quality job. Glen is very knowledgeable and professional and can handle whatever job you have.

Got an appointment immediately for the next morning. Technician was on time thorough, courteous, and friendly. We always call G.W. Wagner.

Arrived punctual actually earlier which was great. Miguel was awesome and explained everything throughout the whole procedure. We had a leak under our kitchen sink. He redid the piping in less than an hour. Definitely recommend!

Please do research before using this company. I made the mistake of utilizing their service because I had an emergency the night before-a leaky hot water pipe.
I called the night before and made them aware that a 1/2 hot water line was leaking and that it would need replacing. Access to the problem was an unfinished area of the basement with easy access to pipes.
The plumber showed up at 8:30 (on time) took a look at the job, and said he had to go out to get 1/2 pipe. What? You don't have that as stock material on your truck? Okay. Plumber came back an hour later saying he also had to respond to an emergency call. He made said I needed 30 feet of pipe and the job would be $900. I didn't know how long it would take and needed the problem solved. Overall, the plumber did good work, but he only actually performed, maybe, 3 hours labor. I priced out the material he used with a local plumbing supply house....about $80 for material.
Later that day I measured the work done.....18' feet of pipe. Here is the issue. The invoice is listed 3 10 foot lengths at $324 EACH. Is this the practice now? You don't list material and hourly wage cost? Basically, a bill for $974. Take away $80 is material you have about $900 for three hours of actual labor. $300 an hour. If that seems reasonable for you, by all means use their service. Pictures posted.
Also, be mindful of fake reviews on here. Notice I sent a picture with an actual invoice. People that are friends and family might be posting on here just to have bad reviews go down the line.

Very nice guys but the price to re line my stack was too high so I decided to not go that route. But overall nice guys very knowledgeable.

They responded very quick, were super informative and did their work very fast and efficient. Everything about the whole process was delightful
