In 2019, our business had a serious blockage problem leading to our septic tank. After multiple plumbing companies were unable to solve the problem, Royal Flush diagnosed it and their pipe lining process was able to stop the blockages. Very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and courteous. I strongly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing problems.

I would recommend these guys to everyone. I had a sewage back up in my basement that caused a huge mess and headache for my family. I found Royal Flush by simply googling how to fix a back up. There website was awesome, tons of information and great videos. They were at my house the next day to access the problem and have me 2 options to fix my pipe. We actually decided to go with the more expensive option to epoxy line the entire pipe from the house to the street. They sealed the deal for me with their 10 year warranty and peace of mind that the issue will be fixed permanently.

We had Prices from another major company to do a repair and line the sewer line to the septic tank. Mark and John were a pleasure to work with they came up with a plan that was much less destructive to our finished paver and blue stone area that was on top of the pipe that needed to be repaired. They saved us thousands in cost to destruct and rebuild by knowing exactly where the break was using their modern technology equipment.The other company wanted to rip everything out to get at the pipe . By far the most professional company I have ever had the pleasure to work with! They undercut the estimate I received from another well known company by more than 50%! They even used a more current technology while lining the pipe. They openly and honestly answered every question I put forth and apprised me of each step they took in the process. They were on time and thorough. Cannot hope to outlive the 50 year Trsnsferrable warranty but gives me comfort knowing the value added to my home when it passes to my children. Highly, highly recommend! They have become my plumbers for life!

Wow, Royal Flush saved me over $5,000. I had an issue with my sewer line and got quotes from 2 contractors to dig up my yard and replace the pipe. Royal Flush came in and offered me a way better solution with there Epoxy pipe lining. They were able to do the job in one day while the digging would have taken 3 and they came in over $5,000 cheaper!

We recently had a perfect storm of major plumbing / heating issues arise (as they always do) on a long holiday weekend! Jim and his crew arrived quickly and assessed the situation. Using cameras to show us the problem and laymen terms, so we understood all our options, we felt fully informed. The work was complicated and would take three days to complete but the inconvenience was pretty minor. They communicated regularly to let us know when they would arrive, what work was being done that day, when they would be finished and most importantly when we could turn the water back on each night.

Royal Flush has some really impressive technology that I had not seen before. Cameras, that are essential to finding the issue without drilling through floors of course but finding our hidden clean out required a radar search of the floors and ground outside. The repair solution we chose involved pipes under ceramic flooring and the epoxy relining of the pipes was a WILD process. The plumbing world isn’t old fashioned cast iron pipes anymore and they shared details of their ongoing training and industry changes/improvements.

One other important point is we felt comfortable having them in our home. The crew was friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves! We couldn’t stay home from work every day of the project so feeling safe with them coming in and out was really valuable to us. They knew about our “Houdini escape artist” cat and made sure to close doors behind them and keep him safe too!

Obviously we wish we hadn’t had to face this crisis in the first place but feel strongly that we were in very good hands!

This company was nothing short of amazing. Called them for a quote and they showed up in an hour. Guys were very professional and they walked me through everything they did when scoping the drain pipe. I had 2 tree roots going through my drain pipe which was the cause of the leak in the basement. It was either hire a company to do the excavation and hire another company to actually fix the pipe or go with the epoxy solution with Royal Flush. Hired Royal Flush to do the job as their team showed up on time. The guys that did the job were professional and told me exactly what they were going to do. The job took 3-4 hours and the guys were super clean. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Royal Flush to anyone who is mulling over the idea of going the epoxy route vs the excavating route.

We were very impressed with Royal Flush. We hired them to line our sewer, but they quickly discovered we needed to dig and replace a good portion instead. They went above and beyond to connect us with a trusted excavator and see the excavation and remaining pipe lining through all the way to the finish. Mark and John were both responsive and patient with all our questions, and their team was professional and respectful. They made this stressful and chaotic emergency house project manageable and we were so grateful for their time and effort. I can't recommend Royal Flush enough.

Royal Flush responded promptly and professionally to my inquiry, visited quickly to examine the pipe, provided a fair estimate accompanied by a video of the problem, and followed up to answer my questions before I decided to proceed with the work. The on-site team was organized and professional, completing the work in less than four hours and communicating with me as needed. They were also kindly willing to mask when asked, to protect a vulnerable member of my family. I am hoping this is a permanent solution to my main sewer drain root intrusion and would recommend Royal Flush's piple lining services to anyone else looking to fix this problem without digging up landscaping etc.

They installed a liner in my house a few years ago; and they replaced an old exit pipe or exit line (I forget the exact term) this week. Both times, they arrived promptly and professionally; they explained everything in such a way that it made sense. Communication and customer service were great. Very reliable people. I hope I don't have another problem but if I do, they'd be the first ones I would call.

Can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and workmanship by Royal Flush. We had a clogged main sewer drain. It wasn't an easy fix but Royal Flush got the job done. Reasonably priced, very professional and local owned company. I am happy with the work, and I plan on calling them again in the future with any problems. Highly recommended.

The Royal Flush team is absolutely fantastic. Being a younger home owner in the East Side of Providence, I was a bit overwhelmed and over my head when I found out my rental property was experiencing sewage backup. Luckily this company came highly recommended by my real estate agent and as soon as I spoke with John, I began to experience a sense of relief. They prioritized their assessment out at the property, brought the best equipment for the job, and had a game plan within the day for next steps. The men who came to do the re-lining job for our sewage line were absolutely great. They were friendly, respectful, and thorough. Now that I’ve had such a positive experience with the Royal Flush, I plan to recommend them to friends and use them if god forbid we encounter another problem.

Hello... I Had an issue with a water mainline coming into my home.. it was an old steel pipe that had multiple water weeping leaks going on... I hired Royal Flush, mark and his well knowledgeable crew came out setup and pulled the waterline with the new one behind it in no time at all 😳!! I was totally amazed and proud on how professional this crew was and how efficient they were also... In no time they had the water mainline pulled with NEW line reconnected with new outside faucets and shut offs completely done! And done right and Neat! And with a smile to boot lol... It was sooo worth taking the day off to finaly accomplish this task I put off for 22 years! And also meeting new wonderful professional people and having a good time watching them "royaly flush" MY headache away from my life finally 😃 there a must to do business with!! And a must to meet in person... Also thank you very much to the city of east Providence's water department crew for coming out and helping ME and this crew from Royal Flush to complete this project.. ✌️👍☕
