Reviews of local pros in Johnston, Rhode Island

I called Roman Carpet Cleaning to clean our vintage velvet sofa. While they were here, I asked them to also clean a wool area rug and steam clean the tile floor in the kitchen. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Chris and Luis were very friendly and professional. They did a great job on all three items and I will definitely have them back again. In addition, they were actually a little early for their appointment, but called to make sure it was ok for them to arrive. (It was.) What a pleasure having folks who actually come when they say they will. All in all, a great experience. The sofa, floor, and rug look great.

I was quoted a lower price on the phone when I booked the appointment. It was a bad feeling when I was told a higher price on site, but they did honor the lower price. And they did a good job.

My experience has always been positive I have been using Roman Carpet Cleaners since I purchased my home. Always fantastic work, professional crew and great prices.

This is the second time I have used Roman Carpet cleaning. The first time was to clean my carpets of pet stains and odor. Today I had them clean my tile floors in the kitchen/dinning area and 2 bathrooms plus clean an upholstery chair. All stains and odors were removed from the carpets and chair. The tiled areas look brand new. They always answer the phone, easy to schedule and the work is superior and reasonable! I highly recommend them!

Roman Carpet & Upholstery was very professional, friendly, and efficient. They arrived earlier than expected but communicated with me ahead of time which was very helpful. Once they arrived they got right to business and was in and out before I knew it. I am happy with the end result although I wish they informed me ahead of time that my furniture would have to take the day to dry off and that I should set up a fan to assist.

I had my 3 couches cleaned , ottoman, area rugs, pillows, and stairs cleaned. I was so pleased with the job. Roman carpet cleaning has reasonable prices and did an excellent job !! Everything looked brand new. I highly recommend them .

Roman Carpet Cleaning is incredible and does a wonderful job! I had given up on some dining room chairs, thinking that I had to replace them, but they look brand new after Roman cleaned them!

I had a really good experience having 3 rooms of carpet cleaned and the tile in our kitchen cleaned as well. It was the first time with this company and they stand out for being wonderful in every way. They even got a long term stain our of a cream colored carpet that I believed could never come clean. You will be happy with this company.

So far, so good...as I wait for the carpet to dry. The duo showed up on time, were friendly, and got right to work. The carpet had oil stains which look like they were effectively removed. They came by referral and at an affordable price. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
