Reviews of local pros in Johnston, Rhode Island

Roman carpet cleaners are the best! They are a family owned business. They were respectful of my house and very friendly neat clean and fast! They stopped in the middle of each room so I could see the difference which was literally night and day. Best thing they did a BETTER job and were cheaper than stanley steamer. Let's support family businesses! Can't wait for them to come back next year!

Roman is the best! We got our carpet, couches, and chairs all cleaned and protected (we have grandkids!), and they are so careful, conscientious, and thorough. Everyone should use them.

Excellent service provided by Lewis and Anna! Very efficient! Came on time, very pleasant, and did wonderful carpet cleaning! They were knowledgeable about doing the carpet cleaning process! We received the Scottguard Protection application. Lewis & Anna worked well together to be efficient and do job in timely manner with great results! Erica on the phone booked the appointment & answered lots of my questions. Thank you Erica, Lewis, & Anna for a job well done! Roman Carpet Cleaning is terrific!

Charged $150 for cleaning then told landlord it wasnt clean and we got hit with another $350 cleaning fee. Never responds to calls or emails. DO NOT USE!!!

Not dependable at all. He makes appointments and commitments but doesn’t show up, then doesn’t answer calls or texts. I received invoices that were over a year old, even though I asked for them numerous times. I stopped using him. Found another cleaner that shows up and answers calls.

Excellent service and very nice workers. Left my house spotless and better than ever!!! I will be using their service again. Would definitely recommend

An excellent cleaning today I appreciate the professional and friendly service. Very detail oriented today. Yamilka and Carolina really went the extra mile today!!!

Very professional! Would recommend to anyone who needs deep clean or general maintenance. Deep clean was very reasonably priced considering areas to be covered. 5 stars 10/10

Shilkys first did a post- construction cleaning for our contractor at our house— we were so impressed that we hired them. Incredibly impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness to requests.
