John Gillis and Tim Weber were outstanding! Not only were they on time but they did the job to perfection. That’s is only what I expected paying for the service. What made them outstanding was their professionalism how friendly they were. Giving me tips on how to better care for my system is where they truly went above and beyond. This company and those two technicians earned 5 stars out of 5 stars today. Highly recommend!

Tyler Kuhn did a fantastic job servicing the septic tank at my home. Not only did he do a great job, but he's very knowledgeable and taught me a great deal. I will not hesitate to request Tyler the next time I schedule with Wind River Environmental.

We had John Gilles come out to service our septic system. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service was prompt - less than 24 hours after I first called for assistance.

We had our septic tank pumped. John Gilles was very friendly. We thought the cover was replaced upside down and called to have him return. He showed us that he put it on correctly. The underside was visibly eroded and the topside was smooth. It was upside down probably from the when the septic was installed years decades ago. He was very good to come and explain everything to us and not annoyed at all.
The receptionist on the phone who called to have John return was also exceptional. I didn’t catch her name. It was August 29th about 4PM.

I may have given him some misinformation on location, but he kept digging with a smile on his face and eventually found the right location (my bad, sorry!)

Once we found the right hole to dig. He was on his way and did a great job fast and efficient.

We were exceptionally happy with the service we received. We needed emergency service on a Sunday and Misty who answered the phone was so pleasant and so helpful. Then the technician who showed up, John Gilles was fantastic as well. I'm not sure who shows up in a great mood to a septic job on a Sunday, but John definitely did. He explained everything, took care of the issues and was so nice to interact with the whole time. We will be continuing our septic services with Wind River going forward because of John and Misty.
