Had an info meeting with some of their representatives and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave a lot of good info.

I was a little skeptical when another person knocked on my door to "sell me" on solar, but Mike was engaging and professional. He answered a few questions and I was able to put my skepticism aside. We are only in the permit phase (which is the only reason for the 4 star review), but Mike has continued to communicate with me every step of the way. It has been a pleasure working with Mike and I truly feel like he has my best interests at heart.

I can only speak to the sales experience, but it was very disappointing. I requested a quote for solar panels and a new roof, and received what seemed like a reasonable price. I confirmed all details multiple times in writing, including warranty and shingle specifications.

However, at the last minute, the sales rep suddenly said he “didn’t realize” the roof wasn’t included in the quote - the actual price would be 30% higher. Looking back, there was nothing unclear about my original request and I never received an explanation. I’m unsure if this was a one-off mistake or a broader issue with their sales process, but it was concerning enough I am writing this review.

I went with another vendor who was clear and consistent throughout. They did excellent work on both solar and roofing.

If considering Sunfinity Solar, I’d recommend getting extremely detailed documentation and possibly a second opinion on quotes.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We sat down with Danny Scunzio and his professionalism and knowledge were second to none. He answered all questions and took all the time we needed to make sure we were making to right decision for our family. From the day we signed to install room only 16 days and our panels were turned on all within 60 days. This was the best decision for our family as we were spending $300+ a month on electric bill and with our monthly panel payment we're saving money as over the last year we have only had 1 small electric bill all other months have had credits. I would definitely recommend sitting down with Danny and discussing as he is very professional,knowledgeable and has been so kind following up with us the whole way and continues to follow up to make sure we're still happy.

Edwin, who speaks fluent Spanish went above and beyond to explain everything clearly to my husband, who feels much more comfortable in Spanish.

Was approached by Danny about solar, he was very knowledgeable about the different options. I talked to a few more companies, and sunfinity had the best system, and knowledge of the regrowth program. There was a little issue with getting the system activated, but in the end it was all resolved. I am very happy with the installation and activation of my solar system.

Daniel Scunzio was professional and very knowledgeable and patient with me. He answered every question and scenario that I could think of. He was truthful and didn't put and pressure on me to go solar but made a point after point using facts and figures to make me understand that this was a great choice to save money and energy. I was slightly hesitant after having a previous negative experience with solar, but decided the benefits were undeniable. The plan executed was exactly what they said it would be and the savings have been slightly better. One of the most notable differences with. Sunfinity Power and roofing! Is their customer service. The Communication is excellent. . Not only are they available but they check in to be sure you are understanding your bills and benefits. It’s n easy decision actually.

Spoke with representatives regarding converting to solar. Presentation was extremely informative, professional and useful. From the door knock to the sit down appointment there was no stress and truthful. They spent time looking at options and building a reasonable solar panel plan.

I believe it was early October when Alegra was canvassing our neighborhood. Around 8:00 p.m., my doorbell rang and a young woman named Alegra introduced herself. She explained what solar could do and how Sunfinity could help us save. Being the skeptic I am, I was thinking, yeah, sure…

She asked if we could set up a time to discuss Sunfinity in more detail. I usually don’t entertain these kinds of interactions, but Alegra had such a pleasant, professional way about her that I agreed. She encouraged me to have all my questions ready. I told her I probably wouldn’t—but my wife definitely would. 🙂

The next day, we met again, and she brought along Power Advisor Dan Scunzio. What followed was an hour-and-a-half meeting filled with tough, pointed, and well-thought-out questions. Both Alegra and Dan answered everything thoroughly and confidently, ultimately convincing my wife and me that Sunfinity was the right company for us.

From that point forward, Dan coordinated everything seamlessly—inspections, permits, a new roof, solar installation, and getting the system fully operational. Because it was late in the year, timing was critical to ensure we didn’t miss out on tax credits, but that was never an issue. Everything was completed before the deadline.

Even after installation, Dan followed up to check on our satisfaction and how the system was performing. That level of care really stood out.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan and Alegra to friends or family.
