Was having a cooling issue with my refrigerator over the weekend and called them on a Monday. They said that they would be at my house on a Wednesday since they had other calls to respond to from the weekend. It's understandable and had no issue at all with that. The service person arrived at my house and was very professional and courteous. Turns out that there was ice build up inside from behind the wall of the freezer. The service person got rid of the ice and stated that we would need a new blower fan evaporater and that the shop would call me with a price for that piece. They called me that same week Friday and stated that nobody had the part in stock and something about them having to special order it and it would cost $375. Now, me and my wife did some research and found the part for $56 and some change. Ordered it and it was at our house in two days. We were able to install it ourselves. Just be wary consumers and homeowners.

Horrendous company no communication!!!, would never ever do business with this company.

Was referred to this place. Called, asked a question, guy rudely answered & slammed phone down. Won't be going there, won't be referring anyone. I know MANY people looking to buy appliances....they won't be going there!!

First time experience. My oil company that I have been with over 30 years told that they couldn’t help me with my gas space heater. They had serviced it previously, said we don’t do that anymore. Called these guys. Came out , the tech said he had been working with them for 18 years. Replaced a part after diagnosis and I have heat . Very fair with the price. Great experience. Will use them again.

This place is great for new and used appliances. They offered us a 6 month warranty on a used fridge and for $40, they delivered it and hauled away my old one. It was perfect at a time when we didn't anticipate having to replace our fridge and weren't ready to drop a thousand dollars. Their used appliance prices are legitimately affordable (We paid $265 for a slightly older model stainless steel fridge) and it was well worth it.

I highly recommend Private Appliance! They have made several service calls over the years to my home; their service tech consistently does a great job at explaining the problem, giving a honest answer and following through. I called recently to get my washer repaired but unfortunately after 15 years of use, he said it was not worth repairing. They refunded me the money for the service call as a credit to buy a refurbished appliance. The delivery guys were great! Very happy with how everything was handled!

Future contract did a Great job with installing a shower enclosure in my 1920 colonial home. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade and they did a phenomenal job with the installing of it and some tile work. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend them for all your shower install and tile work needed!

This team came out to diagnose the source of an active roof leak and developed a solution to fix it. Dealing with layers of shingles they removed and replaced a skylight which had not been installed and flashed properly. They also removed and replaced trim boards to correct years of water damage. The company provided a quote in advance, showed up as scheduled and completed the repairs in a single day. The trim looks great and after over two inches of rain yesterday, the roof no longer leaks. They also reflashed two other features during the repair that were needed without any additional charge. I would use them again!
