Staff needs a lesson in customer service. They lie straight to your face and expect you not to pick up on it. It’s a shame. The founder probably had incredible standards once upon a time. I wouldn’t believe a word out of any of their mouths. Even the staff has a low opinion of the management. In any business it starts at the top. Maybe you should all have a meeting and hash out the issues in your company instead of making excuses for eachother. Whole experience was incredibly frustrating and would have expected much more from a decent sized company with their resources. FIGURE IT OUT

I have regularly used Nason's to do all the maintenance on my rental property's. They are very good, will help me with little things between services if I have a questions. I normally get the same guys who know the property which also helps. 10+ years as a customer and will continue.

I have used U G Nason's for many years, both for installations and service at rental properties and our home. They are friendly, reliable, and most important, well trained and knowledgable about the heating and ac systems they work on. I highly recommend them.

we lost our furnace during the freeze last week. It was an urgent fix that was required due to my wife and I expecting our 2nd child any day now. After two other companies refused the work Conni @ UG heard what we were dealing with and had their team fix it within days. To say they went the extra mile is an understatement- Luke, the owner, had a broken foot (not lying) and took it upon himself to get into our crawl space and quote the job the same day that I called. Can't thank them enough!

The technician Chris was very prompt and knowledgable. He took time to explain the issue with my AC system and repaired it very quickly. I will UG Nason's for any of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t trust my business to any other company. The owner came and gave me a quote and he was the most kind, trustworthy and humble man. The technicians came a few days later and installed my hvac and it was the easiest none intrusive process. I would and have recommended all my friends to use UG Nasons. I've had UG Nason's service my HVAC system, which is a hybrid furnace/ hydronic / forced hot air with A/C, heat pumps and whole house humidifier, indirect hot water heater. They're friendly and very knowledgeable about each part of the system, and I have hard well water as a complicating factor in Jamestown. Everyone I've had any contact with at UG Nason's has been very professional, honest, give great service and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

The technician that came to the house today was awesome. Our furnace went out through the night and he had a fixed in no time. Thumbs up for them.

Just called to inquire for an estimate on a boiler replacement and due to our location they were unable to provide service. However, the customer service rep was able to provide a referral of someone who could assist in what we needed. Super helpful and kind! It’s very appreciated ◡̈

I've used U G Nason's for the past 13 years since I moved to my home. I also recently had them install a mini-split system with duct work in a rental property I own. They are a great company to work with and are always very responsive and prompt.

This a owner operated business with honesty at its core. Luke came out to our home, assessed our air conditioning system and only suggested replacing a few components and not the entire system. Every other company quoted complete system replacement.
His office team of Barbara and Connie are first rate and his installer Nico was extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented.
If you ever need HVAC work done put these folks on your speed dial!

Nassons installed our four mini-splits 11 years ago. Since then they have always serviced our units in a highly professional manner. Today, we had a problem with one of the units and the crew was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem.
A special shout-out to Chris and also to Connie for her flexibility and Customer focus.

Finally pulled the trigger replacing a failing heater with a mini split …Jameson came right out… gave me a quote and was able to get it installed 2 weeks later. The installers were kind and courteous… and every email and silly question answered immediately. So grateful!!!!

We used UG Nason's for ductless heat pump installation in our home. Overall they were excellent, quality work at a fair price. We did have a few issues with the installation and delays due to coordinating with an electrician. UG Nason's did correct the installation concerns and found a new electrician. We are very pleased!

I had the mini splits installed in December and was very happy and warm all winter. Had a glitch with the A/C function but Nason's had a repair crew at my door within 1/2 hour of calling and the problem was fixed. They came back the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Very impressed with their service.

I cannot say enough about my experience with UG Nason's entire team! They replaced my existing heat pump with a gas furnace, coordinated with the town and utility, cleaned up everything and came back to check. This is a great group of professionals and I highly recommend contacting them for all of your HVAC needs!

They did a professional, clean and timely installation of a new furnace. But 2 weeks later, on the coldest night of the year, the system went down (not any fault of theirs). I called at 9am and within 2 hours, Jamison (who was not on call) came over and fixed the system. Very timely, professional and courtious. i would recommend them without question.

I recommend UG Nasons for any of your HVAC work. My elderly father recently had a problem with his boiler/condenser unit and I was referred to Nasons by a friend. I reached out to them for a service call and I found their whole team both responsive and efficient.

Despite their hectic schedule, Nasons quickly dispatched their service team to have a look. It was determined that after over 30 years of service, it was time to replace the boiler.

I was provided with a timely estimate of the proposed job and a timeline for the work. I was able to coordinate this project for my father with a minimum of fuss. No small task.The whole team including Conni, Megan, Katie, Red and Niko were all very accommodating and sympathetic to my scheduling issues.

The young man that came to our home to do the maintenance on our system was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered our questions and concerns and completed the task in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the service!

Our furnace stopped working on December 31. Although, we had all the manuals, we couldn't figure out what was wrong. Nason's picked up the phone on a holiday, and sent a man out later that afternoon. Their HVAC tech was cordial and informative. He showed us what to look for, and what to check to make sure the furnace was working properly. He quickly determined that the problem was a blown sensor and he had it replaced in an hour. The furnace is working fine now, thanks to fast action from Nason's.

Technician was very thorough and informative. Took time to explain the issues and performed a temporary fix until new control board was available.
