Young guy behind counter has no clue. He cannot tell a network connector from a cable tv wire connector. The shop itself does not cater to networking professionals. They carry cat5 wire but no selection of terminal end points. I drove from fall river to Pawtucket and both places were the same. A young kid staring blankly at me like I was talking another language. They closed the pleasant st fall river location where they had this stuff and the employees were great. Those guys are gone and granite city is lost.

The lighting showroom has so much to look at. It’s worth a trip if you need to find that special lighting fixture. On the electrical supply side I’m always happy with the selection or inventory, tools and other products. They sell Square D panels and equipment so if you are in need of that product line these guys are the stop to make.

With so much back and forth of trying to decide what to choose being organized is definitely needed to keep larger jobs in order and organized for clients and we spent many hours in the showroom and in the end we moved on to Rebecca she is new to the company but has exceptional people skills with knowledge of knowing to listen and paying attention to detail on our needs . We believe she is a complete asset to the company and luckily she saved this sale because we were moving on ....

For Kathy I will give 0 ⭐️, don't deal with this woman. She give us the wrong information, plus she sold us around $600 panels and said it's exactly what we see in the Showroom AND, OFF COURSE, not true plus now we need to repurchase OTHER lights.

Truck drivers that drive a 53 foot truck, you have to literally turn around in their parking lot. It is ridiculous trying to get into this place as well

Only place that had the exact size stem I was looking for my shower. Service was pretty good.

As a homeowner went there to process a Navien Boiler warranty claim. Paid for a new boiler ($2,000) until old one came back Ok, then paid $100 boiler warranty processing fee. I was told more than once that they weren't going to process the claim and told to go somewhere else. They are a Navien boiler distributor, I shouldn't have to go somewhere else. I was spoken to like a moron because I wasn't a contractor. Never going back

Helped me repair my shower, gave me all the advice and parts I needed. Great service! It was so much cheaper to fix vs get a new mixer. Greatful and happy customer!

Straight rude don’t even bother! Asked the guy in the left back desk that I was looking for a hose and before I could even finish my sentence he very rudely said no we don’t sell hoses and proceeded with his phone call like I wasn’t even there. Even though the wall to my left had all different size hoses..the exact hose that I needed probably cause I had brought the one I needed in my hand I just wasn’t sure what size cause each end was a different size Hence, why I was there, but the man was very rude and did not wanna help me in anyway. So I didn’t even go over to the wall and try to figure it out myself. I ended up going to Home Depot in Attleboro and had 1000% better help and instruction from a guy named Robert in plumbing department, go there. Say hi to Robert do not go here.
