Dave was awesome! Called him about fixing a faucet and within 2 hours the job was done. He was very personable and detailed orientated to make sure the problem was 100% resolved. Top notch service.

Dave was very professional and explained the whole process while fixing our problem, which he was able to identify right away. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledge and fair priced plumber, which are hard to come by these days!

Had a drain issue in the basement. Called David, he was able to come out on a Sunday. Didn't charge us an overtime/after hours fee. Diagnosed the issue, was able to clear the blockage, took the time to explain the issues and potential resolutions to the problem, was up front in terms of cost for the work. Took our old toilet away too. As new residents to the area, it's safe to say we've found our Sewer and Drain guy. Highly recommend him for any sewer/drain needs.

United was fast to respond to my request for an appointment through Home Advisor. They were straight forward with their pricing and the final bill matched the quote exactly. The work was completed on time and they warranty the work for 1 year(hopefully i don't need to use the warranty). Payment was taken by credit card on Square, which is very convenient. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs. You can confidently rely on them to get the job done when you need it.

Edit: have used for 2 jobs since initial review. Still happy. Most recent was an 8 pm call from me when I broke a natural gas valve, they can right over, fixed it and then stuck around for a simple sink job that I was going to call for eventually. Left my house at 1130 pm. You're hard pressed to find that level of responsiveness and service these days.

Dave is professional and United Sewer And Drain is a company that I would definitely recommend and use again in the future. I called them last night and Dave was out the next day and got everything cleared and working again. Awesome service!

I contacted United Sewer and Drain regarding a gurgling toilet, which ended up being a clog in the main line. Dave was able to come out the same day within a few hours and fix the issue; all while keeping me informed as to what was going on and gave me some useful information as well. I will definitely be using them again (although I hope to not need to!) and would highly recommend.

Dave was very helpful. I have a multi family home and my tenants toilette would not flush - he came in and handled the situation ...he was very nice , timely and price was super reasonable and explained the different things he would have to do in case the first process did not work and was upfront about pricing. Its been super hard to find honest people and he was awesome. I would recommend him to anyone.

My partner and I called David yesterday (Sunday, November 25) to have service done on our clogged kitchen sink, and, not only did David do a superb job unclogging our sink, but he was extremely personable, professional, and reasonably priced. We were so happy with his work and his character that we called him today to have him unclog our stationary tub in the cellar, and we were just as impressed with David as we were yesterday. This guy is a gem! We HIGHLY recommend him, and we are very thankful for his extraordinary work and character.

We had a major clog in a basement sink, and although it was difficult to unclog, David worked very hard and was able to fix the issue for a reasonable price. On top of that, he was very personable. We will definitely hire him again for any of our drain/sewer needs.

He is the best! After 2 calls with rotorooter and $700 later they couldn’t fix my backed up line. David came out and did everything within an hr and my line is clear! Sludge/ grease deep in line. How did rotorooter miss that? I thought I had a major problem from what they were saying and looking at thousands for what they were suggesting. Thank you Dave, for coming out on a Sunday, new yrs eve, and saving us from calling several other places to figure out what was going on.

We had a plumbing emergency and found this company online. We called at 5:34 PM on Monday and Dave was here at 6:32 PM same day.
He was very professional and explained what was going on and showed my fiance everything he was doing to resolve the problem. The job was completed fairly quickly. Should we have any problems in the future, we will 100% be calling again.

A team member came by on Christmas Eve to help us with a shower drain. We were previously told that all pipes needed to be replaced for roughly $2,000. David found a workaround for $160. United certainly has the expertise and honesty to be my go-to choice in the future. Highly recommend them to others.

I am more than happy to have found this company and David! What a pleasant, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, genuine person! I had been dealing with a drain company for years, and once they sold their business over, their professionalism and customer service changed. I had a septic issue, which a plumber wanted to charge $3000, to change pipes unneccesarily, claiming a busted pipe, that was not busted .David was willing to come out and inspect everything with a camera, the very day and the very hour I called, right when he was home and done for the day, right before Christmas! There wasn't even an additional weekend or holiday fee, like others would charge! I had him come the next day! The service went above and beyond, the typical drain cleanout! My maintenance guy, who was there, was amazed as well! I will be using United, for all my drain and Septic needs! Thank you so much!

Kitchen sink was clogged. Called Dave at United Sewer and Drain at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and he showed up within 20 minutes. He had the sink fixed in about 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Dave was amazing! Quick to respond! Excellent work! Because of time restrains he had to leave and come back the next day. Only charged if it was a one day job! Went above and beyond what the original job required! Will definitely call for future plumbing needs!

We've hired Dave twice now--once at our previous home and just recently. Both times, he responded promptly and was able to come out within a couple of hours. Our latest ordeal involved our very mischievous toddler flushing a tennis ball down our toilet (who knew that could even happen?!). Dave was able to remove it and saved us from having to buy a new toilet. Dave is friendly, funny, and kind and also has very reasonable rates! Dave is an honest and hardworking man. I have done sewer scope inspection with him and found some roots. He was able to first clear the line with hydrojetting a few times and pulled out thick ball of roots with his metal chains. Amazing work. Will be a repeat customer!
