Reviews of local pros in Pawtucket, Rhode Island

Last week I was looking for someone to cut the grass at my rental property. I googled and came across this company. I called and Tiago said he would go by soon and take a look. Couple days go by I don’t hear from him- I reach out to see when he will be able to go by to give me a price and he says, he already went by. So he gives me the price, I said OK. I told him I live out of state and if I could pay via Venmo or cash app. He said he prefers cash but ok. He said he would go Monday. Monday he texts me saying he’s on his way and asks for my Venmo to send me a request. I sent it and asked that he send me pics once it’s done and I will send the money. He says because I will not be present at the property, I would have to pay up front. I said I didn’t feel comfortable paying for a service before it’s rendered. So luckily a family member was in RI for a couple days so I said I would have them meet him at the property and pay him. Tried to coordinate times, he said he would check the schedule and get back to me and never heard back. I reached out and got no response. Nearly a week wasted waiting on him.

The owner is amazing, hardworking. Very responsive to requests. He did an amazing job removing bushes from our yard and a fantastic spring clean up. He is coming back to do some more work for us.

I hired Thiago from an ad on craigslist, and I’m very glad I did. I live out of state, but my parents are older and in Massachusetts just north of Providence, and I hired him to do the fall clean up of their yard. He quoted me a reasonable price and spent as many hours as it took to get the job done. My parents could not be happier with the work that he did. I’m very grateful that I was able to help them out by hiring Thiago, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for help with their yard work.

Exceptional owner and employees. they are so polite and so helpful when you need them. you should really try this company. They are fantastic. My grass has never ever looked so beautiful. and you would be so pleased also. Give it a try

Thiago was awesome and he did great work. I spoke with a handful of contractors and he was the only one to actually come to my house to quote me. The others gave a number without actually seeing the property.

Very responsive and respectful of your time. Also, he came in at a great price.

I have been using New England Lawn Maintenance since the day I purchased my home. Thiago has always gone above and beyond, not only with my yard and landscaping, but with my snow removal, too. He is hardworking, genuine and treats his clients as if they are his only client. Thiago has done such a beautiful job on my yard that he couldn’t leave without my neighbor hiring him to do some work! He’s the absolute best in my book and I would recommend him over and over again!

Thiago was wonderful and helped me out for the last 2 summers with lawn maintenance on my RI property. His communication was great and the lawn looked wonderful. Highly recommend him if you are in need of yard work.

Excelente servicio, muy recomendable

Excelente servicio
Responsables y cuidan cada detalle

The workers did a wonderful job fixing all the issues from the recent ice dam I experienced. I would not wish that on anyone but thank goodness for Lizmar Construction! They seamlessly fixed all the problems and concerns for me in record time!

Very Good!!!

Had them do my roof and gutters. Very professional and great price. Would recommend.

House siding project. Quality work at good price, hard to find now days. Very happy with the work performed, I would recommend to anyone.

I like contractors that take care your necessities and more serious and responsible high recommendation for anyone who need help with their roofing projects

Overall this was such a great experience! They are reasonable, reliable, and professional. He came out to quote when he said he would, followed up within 48 hours, presented a fully formed contract, began work as stated, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site when complete.

Referred by a friend, we employed Lizmar construction for a whole roof replacement a few years ago, then a downspout and gutter replacement, and a custom flashing replacement afterwards for our historic home. German has been responsive, respectful and reasonable. His crew does things right and he follows up to do the right thing. In addition, he gave us peace of mind by their use of safety equipment. He earned our trust and we strongly recommend.

Incredibly professional and trust worthy. Highly recommend!

I hired LizMar Construction to do a new roof, new windows install, siding and paint. The results are better than I ever imagined. The entire crew works extremely hard and German the owner, is very knowledgeable and honest! He’s done work for other family members and everyone is thrilled with the work they do!

Fantastic roofing and gutter company! Great communication, timely, reasonable pricing, reliable, showed up when he said with a full crew and did good work! Hire them!!

Last year Lizmar Construction replaced the entire roof of our main house and addition; this entailed putting down new underlayment, new flashing where needed, replacing several gutters (with a leaf guard), and doing some carpentry work around some windows. German has a wonderful crew --very professional, polite, diligent. The quality of their work was excellent, and we were very pleased with the final product. We would strongly recommend Lizmar if you need a roof. The price was very fair, German is responsive to questions and is a wonderful person to work with.

I am very happy in my decision to hir LizMar construction. Our roof was damaged in a windstorm. They spent time assessing and submitting information to our insurance company and were able to get complete coverage for us. Everyone is professional and the job was competed on schedule and to the initial estimate. Our new roof looks great!
