Very professional and reliable team! Lizmar Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. They also went above and beyond by helping us navigate the insurance process to get coverage. Highly recommend!

During our last snow storm i was stuck and while I couldn’t get any one to help they answered twice and came to my aid they responded faster than I thought and not only they were pleasant they did an amazing job. Very professional and i wont hesitate to call them again for any of the many services they provide.

During the snowstorm I looked around my house and all I see is snow everywhere 😐 without knowing where to start 🙃 I decided to called LizMar construction to help me out and they came right away 🙌 i want to say that I'm grateful and happy for their excellent Work. 100% satisfied and of course I will recommend it. Great people great prices!!

My mom, sister, and I own our family home in Pawtucket, RI. The team from Lizmar was phenomenal- respectful of the property, in constant communication of the process, and the finished work looks amazing. Replaced our front entry roof, columns, and railing (the copper flashing is gorgeous), replaced the chimney, and installed a new roof. Have already told family & close friends that they will be satisfied with their work- you will too!

Had flashing installed on roofline where leak was occurring. Guys did great job and cleared gutters and downspouts. Also had ceiling repaired and painted inside. Installed new bath light/fan as well as new vanity and sink. Very clean, efficient and neat. Great price for scope of work. Will definitely use these guys again.

Discovered ice dams starting to penetrate my home. Found Lizmar online, they responded promptly and were able to fit me in on an emergency basis. They arrived punctually with a full crew, shoveled my roof, applied roof pucks in the proper places to dissolve the ice accumulation and their pricing was exactly as quoted.

We hired LizMar to replace our roof. They were very professional and provided a detailed contract. German explained everything about the types of shingles that were available along with the warrantees. He answered all of our questions and covered every possible aspect of replacing the roof. We had to replace five skylights. He was highly recommended by a friend, and we are grateful to him and his staff. They were meticulous and worked diligently to have the roof replaced in a timely manner. We also appreciated them cleaning up the entire yard, not just the roof debris. THANK YOU!!!

I hired the services of LizMar construction to shovel snow off of my roof. The professionalism, fast service and how they cleaned up by shoveling the snow off my driveway and deck when finished were very much appreciated. I will certainly be keeping them in mind for future projects. Definitely a trustworthy company to work with.

We have used LizMar Construction for projects on our home (both exterior and interior) for several years, and have recommended their services to neighbors, friends and family alike.Their professionalism is unsurpassed.
To elaborate; their communication, from start to finish, is key. LizMar's office staff are friendly, and knowledgeable; able to understand one's needs so that they can direct Lizmar's vast expertise accordingly. Their quotes are quick, concise, and have always been "on the money" come completion of the work. If unforeseen problems occur, such problems are clearly explained and are addressed accordingly before continuing. We have never had a surprise "added cost" upon completion.
Scheduling! LizMar's crew is at your home when they say they will be there and complete their job on schedule. Their crew is always friendly, respectful, and above all, hard working professionals, as can be appreciated in the finished work. They are always meticulous in their clean up after the job is finished. In all, we would never use, nor recommend ,any other company for any of our/one's home repair needs.

We ran into a very tough situation as new homeowners. With the Arctic blast we experienced in New England this year we were aware of an ice dam that grew in the gutter on the backside of the house that gets very little direct sun. My wife strongly advised that I not climb on the roof to clear it. Married men will understand what I mean about "strongly advised"! We had a GFCI switch trip in our main bathroom that is up stream from the circuit that runs to the master bathroom. I replaced the GFCI but it tripped again immediately. As it turns out we had water entering the wall that the bathroom shares with attached garage. This was extremely dangerous because it had made contact with the electrical outlet. After calling multiple vendors to remove the ice dam and being quoted at 850 an hour we were horrified. Our insurance carrier put us in touch with ServPro who recommended Lizmar Construction. It was too late at night on a Friday to contact any vendors so I texted Lizmar first thing Saturday morning. German replied right away, I sent pictures of the ice dam and explained our situation. He was quick, professional and dropped our stress level immediately. He was able to lead a crew to remove the ice dam and all the snow on our roof 90 minutes later! This prevented any further damage and the price was a fraction of what other vendors wanted to charge
