I called to get my washing machine fixed.. They took my information and would be able to do the job Tuesday morning.. I called Friday afternoon… Very friendly and also recommended a Speed Queen Washer. I did not use their service because we went new.. However I do appreciate their help in what type of washer we should get… Even if it was not from them.. Very helpful

Scheduled service via GE on a brand new freezer. They were too busy to conduct service. Didn't call, didn't notify the owner that they weren't going to service the account. Had to re-schedule with a more reliable service provider

The company only sent one person out to install a new dishwasher. When it came time to haul the new one in and the old one out, I, a 120 lb housewife with a bad back, was expected to help the repairman lift them (which included taking them up and down a small flight of stairs). When I called the company to voice my concerns I was yelled at and sharply told "do you want to tell me how to run my business or do you want to get the problem fixed?!" Then I was hung up on.

Not only do I not want to tell them how to run their business but I don't want any part of their business.

Stop searching and contact Rinfrets for your appliance needs. I have a fairly new fridge, ice maker stopped working. The technician Jay quickly diagnosed the problem as a wiring issue, unfortunately would need a new freezer door - major expense. Matt at the office contacted the manufacturer, despite being out of warranty was able to get the parts and labor covered. Down to earth, professional, and very customer oriented.

Very professional! Came in and did the work and never knew he was here! Unfortunately he had to come back another day because my set is one of few that had to have the parts ordered. But scheduling was easy and it was another quiet, quick fix! Thanks a lot

Poor service! Repairman was out several times to fix a simple problem.

1st visit- wrong part was ordered for my stove and while trying to figure that out another part was broken by repair man. Had to wait another week for proper part to come in.
2nd visit correct part was in but wrong size gasket. Had to evacuate my children from the house there was such a strong propane smell! This was discovered by myself running up and down the stairs while carrying an infant to turn the propane on and off for the repair man. Had to wait for his boss to get back to me about return date. 3 days past and I heard nothing. My husband had to call to set up appointment. Had to wait another week.
Visit 3 was today. I was outside playing with my children when he told me everything was all set and had me sign a form. An hour later I came in to check things out, there were missing bolts and front burner still does not work! By the way, this was the original problem!!! So frustrated I will never use this company again!
