We have a very old washer and dryer and were afraid that our dryer had given up the ghost. But David saved the day! I called Rinfret's and the very next day we had an appt. David arrived promptly, knew just what the problem was, and fixed it quickly. He was very pleasant and extremely competent! I am back in business and so happy to have a working dryer! The rate was very reasonable and we will be using Rinfret's for any future appliance issues! Thanks so much!!

Our "built in" microwave suddenly stopped working and tripped the circuit breaker. It's 10 years old but is really nice and would be expensive to replace. We had never had something like this break that I couldn't fix so, based on recommendations of neighbors I called Rinfret's. I reached Matt (the owner). He was able to send a repair person out the next morning. Jay showed up the next morning right on time. It was impressive to me (being a tech guy) how quickly Jay was able to determine what was broken. The two parts had to be ordered but when they came in Matt happened to be able to schedule Jay to come back again the next day. Jay showed up as scheduled and made quick work of installing the parts which got the microwave working like new. Overall a great experience! I now know who to call when I run into such a situation again as it seems they have people with expertise in all sorts of appliances,
