Constraction reviews in Providence, Rhode Island

Had a great experience with Hearthstone! Scheduling was quick, friendly, and easy. Brian did our inspection and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He walked us through the whole inspection and explained everything. He encouraged us to ask questions and answered thoroughly. Great experience!

Brian inspected our the home we are purchasing. He was thorough and professional and coordinated the heating and well inspectors well. I felt that he reviewed every aspect of the home and did not cut any corners. He even crawled into the difficult to access attic space. Brian answered all of our questions and directed us to think about aspects of the home that we wouldn't have on our own. His report was EXCELLENT and was emailed to us the same day. He recommended that we hire a structural engineer to be sure about the foundation as it was not his area of expertise.

Hearthstone set up the appointment quickly and had good availability and pricing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an inspection. Great balance and experience and price. Overall, the inspection put as at ease and helped us get the right price for our property.

We were highly impressed with Frank's inspection of a property we were looking into purchasing. We showed up to the inspection five minutes early and Frank was already there, up on a ladder, inspecting the gutters. We spent over two hours with him as he thoroughly went through every detail throughout the house. He was quick to point out both positive and negative aspects, explain how certain components work, and even offer suggestions for how some findings could be fixed or replaced. We had his very detailed report in hand the very next morning, and were able to use the digital version of his report to pull out important items that we could go back to the seller with. We were very impressed by Frank, and would absolutely use him again - highly recommended!

Had Brian do an inspection on a house after reading it was better to hire your own inspector rather than the one your realtor recommends and he was fantastic. He arrived early and explained everything to me as I walked around with him, and answered my questions big and small. He let me know what were minor things I could do on my own and how I could do it, and what were things I should push the seller to take care of. I felt comfortable during negotiations to push on what he suggested I push on, and I feel very educated on the house itself. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a reputable inspector for a first time homebuyer.

I chose Hearthstone Home Inspection through a recommendation from my realtor and I would recommend them to anyone. Mark was punctual, professional, knowledgable and able to explain things to me (a first time home buyer) in a kind and non judgmental manner. He was thorough and I felt confident that any and all problems with the property were found and documented. Highly recommend!

Hearthstone home inspection offers phenomenal service during the home inspection process. They are very knowledgeable, prompt and detailed in their inspection reports. I like working with them because they’re easy to contact and provide great customer service. Richard in particular has inspected two properties for me and he’s been exceptional both times. I look forward to reaching out in the future and sending referrals their way!

I don't plan on buying another house for a long time. But if I did I would use Mark again.

Hearthstone is EXCELLENT. We worked with Brian on a home inspection prior to buying a house and he and his associate were thorough, informative, and beyond patient. He gave us an honest evaluation and took the time to answer any questions we had, as well as highlighting key points from the inspection. The report provided after was detailed, easy to read (with both explanation and pictures to demonstrate) and covered every part of the house imaginable. We appreciate everything you did for us! 10/10 would hire and will hire again if needed in the future.

He was prompt, upfront in the aspects the inspection would cover, and not only encouraged questions and input but took time to explain each and every inspection point. Jared’s process allows the buyer to comfortably make an informed decision.
