I have been with Maid-Pro for several years. Ana has been wonderful. My house looks sparkly and new each time she cleans. This is a solid company and it has been a pleasure to work with them.

Loved this company. They came to my home and it looked amazing after they left. I'm giving them 2 stars because they canceled their service without negotiating because of my 6 pound 8 pound and 12 pound yorkies being home alone with them. Have these people never cleaned with animals being home? Shaking my head!!

I mostly have the same woman each time Maid Pro comes to my home and I am very satisfied with the work she does.

They wanted me to pay FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for an initial cleaning for my tiny apartment, not even including my bedroom. Tiny kitchen, normal size bathroom, living room. That’s it. Over $100 per room. I tried explaining that I already have a cleaning service and I’m just looking for someone new so I don’t need a deep clean, and they essentially said take it or leave it. Outrageous.

I just had a cleaning yesterday + my apartment has never been so clean in my life. Everything was placed perfectly + with care. I felt like the place was cleaned the way that I would If I had the time... my place felt warm + so cozy when I got home. Seriously the best feeling ever! I got a call that my cleaner was on her way, she was on time if not early + did an amazing job! So friendly + kind too... can't thank MadProProvidence enough for their great service!

I was already a big fan of MaidPro, but my most recent cleanings have been done by Nicole B. who is extra awesome! She was here today and my apartment is beautiful and sparkling clean. Her attention to detail is very impressive, she even leaves perfect patterns in the carpet with the vacuum. I could spend hours trying and would never be able to make it look this nice myself. MaidPro in general has been a great company to work with. Very professionally managed and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I just had my first cleaning with MaidPro yesterday and I am very satisfied with the services. It was wonderful to come home to a clean & relaxing apartment; I have been a house cleaner in the past and I am very finicky about cleanliness, and my cleaner Bienvenida not only met my higher expectations, she also added in a few extra personal touches that really made a big difference. I could tell that she used a great deal of care and consideration around my personal belongings, and the quality of the cleaning itself was very well done. I found Brian in the office to be very informative, professional, and very quick to respond to all of my questions while setting up services. It's great that they also offer quite a few different types of cleanings/price ranges to help make the services affordable for different budgets. I definitely will be continuing my services with MaidPro on a regular monthly basis.

Donna is a pleasure to have in our home while she works hard at making our house super clean. She does a thorough job on the routine task plus takes the initiative to spend special attention to new areas during visits as time allows. I am very grateful for MaidPro.

We decided to have a professional clean our newly rented apartment because some areas of the house really needed a deep clean. I reached out through their website and their response time was amazing, they answered all my questions and everything was pretty clear from the beginning. Qualla was the person in charge of cleaning our house and she was fast, efficient, attentive and overall great. The house was left very clean and she made sure she was thorough on those hard to clean areas. I definitely recommend their service.

Really love this company! It is so nice to come home to a clean house every other week, as well as hot have to do the cleaning myself all the time. Lori does a phenomenal job and pay attention to the small details. She always does cute things with the blankets and stuffed animals on my daughter's bed, and I love how she folds the toilet paper after cleaning the bathroom. It feels like being at a hotel! They are always timely and professional and do a great job.

We have been using MaidPro for over a year. We have had a couple different people doing our cleaning. Overall we have been very pleased with the service. This past week we had a new person do our cleaning and she did an excellent job. Very happy with the attention to detail that was received. We hope to continue with the latest person going forward. Please keep up the quality work!

Marleny did a deep clean of our two bathrooms yesterday. She had the ultimate challenge of cleaning our kids bathroom which is unrenovated, old and dingy, and cleaning the primary bathroom which is renovated, fully white, with very ornate fixtures and wall molding. We know she put a lot of elbow grease into this and I am very thankful. I am a very tired Mom and coming home to a space where I feel like I can relax again was the goal and she achieved it! Thank you Marleny.

1st trying them. Was supposed to be 2 people for 2 hours. Only 1 showed up. She did an excellent job on the little she got done. But NO EXCUSE from the owner to reach out. Had no problems just before arrived we had to sign something. Maybe should gmhave been told. I know crap happens but the phone works both ways. Not just when you want something. Now to tell my friends that use them they are full of crap.

I opted for their “deep clean” service. They went above and beyond to leave the house spotless. Fair pricing, especially for the amount of work they do. I will absolutely hire again and will recommend to others.

If all you want is a spit and shine, go for it!

New review: I was kind of harsh in my previous review. Was very stressed at the time since I had just lost my mom. House WAS in pretty bad shape. With what they had to work with they did a good job.

Wonderful to work with and they do a fantastic job. Detail oriented and they show up when they promise. Just love their service thorough and comfortable to have in our home.

I just had to leave a review. I don’t do that often , but in this case I just had to! This was the most unbelievable deep clean I’ve EVER had, and I’ve had a few. You can not only eat off my floors, walls and ceilings too! Lol Everything is just shining. Old things look new again it’s so clean! I will definitely be using this company again. I’ll tell all my realtor friends!!!! Great Job
