Great to work with! I had to coordinate a deep clean and standard clean in order to sell my house and they were extremely organized and communicative which I value. There were live updates of arrival time and the owner Samantha made sure everything was done up to my standards. I have an 8 month old, and they were able to work around his nap schedule.

We are on a budget but cleanings are always something I have wanted to figure into the budget! We have had a few deep cleanings but for one reason or another, I haven't felt it worth it to keep up with routine cleanings. Samantha and her husband came here this week and it's been a few days and I keep noticing how they got every spot! I do have a golden retriever and warned her about the hair but I don't think she expected it to be that bad and said she should have charged more than quoted but she didn't. What drew me to her was the non-toxic products. I am very sensitive to smells and the other cleanings I have had have given me headaches for days and although there was a smell, it wasn't overwhelming and I appreciate that. I will be working monthly cleanings into the budget with Samantha!

I've been using Kendall Cleaning for several years for bi-weekly standard cleanings & deep cleans. Samantha is both professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She have always been honest and trustworthy. She leaves the house spotless and the floor shining ✨️ I highly recommend this company.

Being a full time working mom, I was excited for this clean! Samantha was on top of it initially and had great communication. I sent photos and videos of my home, as well as square footage. Once the employee was working, Samantha texted me and said my home was “unkept” and wanted to charge me an additional 50% of what was initially quoted because my stove top was dirty. I was confused and referred back to the documents she provided me with. Eventually, I agreed to pay since there didn’t seem to be any other option. Then, the employee told me they did not want to clean our house biweekly any more due to my budget, and that I should’ve gotten a deep clean. I was very up front with my budget initially and wish Samantha would’ve said “it isn’t the right fit, apologies” before coming to my home and upcharging me. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the unprofessionalism. Attached photos of my home after 3 hours of cleaning. My sister gets the same cleaning done from another provider and they send 2 people for 3 hours for that price.
