I paid 245 dollars for absolutely nothing. When I finally moved in Friday after they cleaned on Monday it the floors were still dirty, counter tops still dirty, bathroom light fixtures were not cleaned, top of the refrigerator was still covered in dust, cobwebs all over the walls still upstairs in the bedrooms. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anybody. They called me to see how the cleaning went without me even being at the house that week and being at work while being busy and assumed it went well and upon further inspection it did not.

This was my first time with Kristina's cleaning service. Chose the deep cleaning service and am fully satisfied. They were on time, courteous and left the house spotless! Highly recommend them for the cleaning services.

Today, Kristina and her helper, A., did not miss one square inch in my apartment! I am a very particular person and have done all my own spring and fall cleanings for years but at 81, I no longer have that kind of strength and energy. This team did better than I ever could have done during any of my "prime" years. They moved furniture, cleaned the oven and inside the stove, moved the stove and fridge and scrubbed everything behind them and used only earth-friendly cleaning materials. The doors on my old dark wooden pantry cupboards sparkle--the difference is so noticeable!

Best cleaners in town! I wouldn't trust anyone else in my home. If you have pets they are great with all animals in your home. They are very pet friendly and do any amazing job of getting up pet hair and pet stained carpets.

I needed a cleaning company to do a cleaning at my son’s college house he shares with 4 roommates. I felt with everything going on, we needed a professional cleaning. From my first phone call, when someone actually answered the phone, everything was wonderful. They understood my needs & concerns and did a great job. I was there when they came, but in the future I would trust them to clean again, knowing they do a great job.

I’ve never had cleaning services before calling this company. I’m glad I did! It was a great treat for myself ! They did an amazing deep clean and offered advice on dealing with dogs and asthma. They are professional and friendly. I definitely will have them come back.

I hired Kristina's Cleaning for a move-in cleaning for my new condo. They did a great job, were very thorough, and made great recommendations for use of their time. I really appreciate having a clean home to move into, thank you!

Do not purchase the deep cleaning. They don’t do any of the items listed. Were only at my house two hours and had to clean the floors when they left. Overpriced and false advertisement.

Update. The manager contacted me. Was passive aggressively rude. Refused a refund and told me I was basically wrong. STAY AWAY!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!

UPDATE to the update. I have now been contacted that I had excessive pet hair and it's their policy not to clean that. So seems the story changes by the hour. I have a 2 month old kitten who weighs about a pound so he must just be shedding everywhere in the three weeks I've had him. What a joke!!!

Basically their deep cleaning feature is just something to make you pay over $200 for subpar work. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won’t refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I’d choose this business.

The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. I would rather let them keep every dollar than let them bully me into removing my ACCURATE review of their terrible business.

The house is always spotless after a cleaning and they are so kind, responsive, and accommodating. 100% recommend again!
