This team did an amazing job for my move-out cleaning. They were on-time, professional, friendly and thorough. I was impressed with how meticulous they were, and would not leave until I had inspected and approved the cleaning on the premises. Well worth the cost to save me time and to do a much better job than I could have done!

I had an amazing experience with Kristina's Cleaning Service today. I called them last minute and they agreed to come in on the same day, given my dire move-in situation. We appreciate Kristina's responsiveness in scheduling our pre move-in cleaning service. We were able to schedule it two days from our original call. Pricing was based on square footage and the type of service, you can pick and choose the scope of work like cabinets, oven and refrigerator.

Communication was also great with schedule reminders, confirmations the morning of and notifications 20 to 40 minutes prior to their completion.

They were on time, very nice and very professional. We discussed some special areas and surfaces that may require special products. They had recomendations based on previous experience that left us feeling comfortable in the quality.

Kristina is awesome!! I recommend her to all of my family and friends!! Her cleaning is always perfection! Her deep cleaning helped so much for my family and I . She is always accommodating to my busy schedule and can get you in for a cleaning whenever you need! She comes to our house once a month and i do not know how i would keep up the house work without her! She always comes to the house with a smile :)

I've used Kristina's for several months now for a deep clean and then bi-weekly standard cleanings, and they are wonderful. They worked with me to fit us in around our toddler's nap schedule, and they're always on time and friendly. We have what's probably a difficult house to clean - three hairy dogs, one messy toddler, and one newborn prone to spitups - but they leave the whole house clean every time. I like that they follow up with me after cleanings to make sure everything was done well. I would definitely recommend Kristina's to my family and friends.

This crew did an amazing job. I’ve never hired cleaners before so I didn’t really know what to expect, but the communication and explanation of services was great. It took a little more than an hour and I was able to run out and do some errands while they worked. I came back just as they were finishing up and I was so impressed. They were able to fit me in for a whole house cleaning two days after I called. Their prices are fair and they are super friendly. The arrived on time and spent about 3 hours here with two people cleaning our home. They offered green cleaning products which we appreciated. Definitely would recommend and hire again.

Our month in advance planned ‘deep clean’ prior to move in did not go to plan. I do understand situations happen where people don’t show up to work, but the service was purposely scheduled with ample time, because I don’t have a ton of free time and wanted to be planned in advance.
Ultimately the cleaner who did show up was incredibly sweet, and did her best, but there is still cleaning powder on surfaces that I didn’t notice on the walkthrough, and I went around taking cobwebs down in commons areas, something I expected to be done during a deep clean.
Customer service did discount services, after me requesting, because the entire cleaning was not completed/day did not go to plan, but I won’t be having them back, and will have to finish the clean myself and hire another company for future deep cleans.
Again, the actual interactions with the cleaner and customer service went as well as they could have, but I’m disappointed with the way things turned out.

I hired Kristina’s Cleaning for a move-out clean and they did an awesome job. Place looked way better than I expected, super clean top to bottom. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with too. Would definitely use them again.
