griggs and browne was recommended to me by a friend. she said to ask for paul dipetrillo specifically. that was quite a while ago and i have never been disappointed . thank you for doing a good job!

Appointment day, no call, no show.

I called this morning and was advised they had lost the reservation.

I advised them they lost my business to the Big Blue Bug.

I am not happy with Griggs and Browne. I'm a reasonable person who is a property manager. They scare the tenants with the worst case scenario. If we didn't have a contract with them, they would by fired.

Horrible company I've been in buisness for over 40 years and never had a worse company , the tech doesn't show up and when they do they don't do half the things they should be and charge you for full payment , and once you pay them they tell the office you didn't pay , and good luck talking to people in the office they don't want to be bothered

Not good for mice control. Over $500 to put down some traps that I could have gotten at Walmart. All they do is check in 7 weeks. Had to put down own traps.

Posting this review because I just witnessed an employee in a Griggs & Browne truck get visibly upset because I was making a left turn. Yes, I had my blinker on. Don't give your money to people that get this upset over nothing.

Got a 1-year service plan quote from Griggs, that was slightly higher than Big Blue Bug (New England Pest Control). Griggs was noticably higher, but include one more home visit than Big Blue Bug. The staff from Big Blue Bug did a more extensive inspection and we're generally more pleasant.

Excellent company. Very pleased with the professionalism. Robert M,supervisor and Brian W,technician are top notch! Best choice in RI for pest control, and believe me I know from experience with others. Highly recommend.

Didn’t call me when the treatment was finished. Still getting bit by bugs, which they say is normal because they “haven’t eaten the poison yet.” Says on the paperwork that they’ll come by in 2 weeks after the initial treatment to spot treat. When asked about follow up, they stated only if there is activity? Is being bit still with bugs present, activity? Charged $100 more since initial assessment. The whole thing is a nightmare.

Very disappointed to say the least. Started off on the right foot - Came to the house to set up some mice traps, returned once for a check, and then… crickets. I called three times after the initial check to say that there was an uptick in activity. Each time I was told that I would get a call back to set up another visit, yet I got nothing. Almost one year later (it will be a year in August), the traps are still set up in my house, and nobody has come to grab them. Big time waste of money, time, and energy. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

Please don't waste your time, effort or money with this company. One star is too much. We had a flea infestation and Lenny the inspector came out walked through the living room and bedroom;then stated we had no fleas because the rat traps the apprentice had set up two weeks prior has no fleas on it. When I asked what was biting us and also our visitors his response was we needed to see the dermatologist. According to him the flea treatment the apprentice had used prior should have done the job. When he was probed by my daughter for documentation stating their were no fleas in his professional opinion his response was he doesn't work for us it's the management company. Treating a problem and following up with treatment doesn't exist in thus company.

the apprentice had set in dark areas caught nothing. When asked about the bite marks we had as evidence. He suggested a a dermatologist for everyone who has been itten by the fleas including our guests. When asked for a written documentation station.i n

Compared prices of different service providers and home inspectors; They were the most reasonably priced one and apparently the best too. They did a very good job -on everything (data gathering, providing and simplifying on what needs fixing or updating). Once in a while we have firms like these that you wanna give back; one thing i could think of was to give a well deserved good review. Kudos to your team

My landlord hired you for a mice and bedbug infestation. Many months later and there is no improvement with either. In fact, it's getting worse by the day. All they do is use traps for mice and use all the same products you buy at Home Depot or Walmart. The bedbugs are out of control because they are not being treated correctly. He only sprayed the room affected and now the whole bldg is infested. Landlord is useless to so that don't help . Don't waste your money on these clowns.Theres so many bugs in my bldg, I had to go stay with family because I was having allergic reactions from all these pests and rodents. Any other pest control company, or even a good landlord would have this under control by now. The months just keep going by with no improvement. Living in hell at the Plaza Apartments in West . Warwick.

Griggs & Browne services on rental property for mice and other insects. Reasonably priced. Since we set up a service contract there has been little if any activity with mice or ants or any other pests. I was recommended this company from a neighbor and I’m glad I called them.

Away on vacation when my new tenant, who hasn’t even finished moving in, reports seeing cockroaches in unit. Called G&B from Italy (6 hour time difference). Lisa in office , and Lenny, service manager, were able to schedule, do I site evaluation and quote all in the same day! Extermination can begin within a day -back to my vacation and back to a happy tenant! Thank you for all of your help 😀

Very happy with the service of Griggs & Browne. I called today and they came today. Very prompt. Took care of my carpenter bee problem. So satisfied and highly recommend the company and Mike Carello was a pleasure. Thanks again.
