I love this company. They are always so pleasant when you call and twice I had a semi emergency and they were able to get me right in. The service techs that come to my house are so polite and knowledgeable! They actually clean up before they leave. I highly recommend this company!! I have been a Regan customer for 10 years and would not think about going anywhere else. They are always prompt and get the job done. I recently had an issue with my boiler. We woke up at 4AM to no heat in the house. Their service tech was out to my house quickly (6AM) diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts I needed and came back later the same day to complete the repair. I can't thank them enough for their rapid response and awesome customer service going above and beyond to make sure my house had heat. The Regan team is the best.

We had Regan install a ductless mini split system on both floors of our house in March. We asked for several quotes for different possibilities and Joe worked with us on all our asks (and changes). Once everything was confirmed the appointment was scheduled quickly. The install techs were great, they were communicative, answered my questions along the way, and were very neat and respectful of our house. We’ve only tested the heat briefly, the big test will come when the heat of summer hits for the a/c to save us, but all initial tests went great. We had a great experience every step of the way and I would recommend them based on our experience.

These guys were very responsible and reliable. They helped us with a system that they did not install but still treated us like a long term client. I will refer them to anyone that might need their services!

New air compressor installed on the roof to the tune of 12,000 not working after less than 2 years!!! Now they want more money to come out and look at it, warranty was only for ONE year. Beware

I just finished a complete home renovation and I wish that all my SUBS were as professional, knowledgeable, on time & on budget and as friendly as Regan HVAC.
Our renovation included Solar Panels so when I asked Regan AC for a proposal their salesman presented me with a couple of heating and cooling options to help us with our renovation budget. He presented options and explained the benefits of each of them and spelled out the costs and explained the efficiency of each system in easy to understand terms. We settled on the Mitsubishi Electric & an Aprilaire system.
The Install team was amazing! They were friendly, polite and professional. And, they cleaned up after every day’s work as if they were not coming back the next day! They spoke nicely to each other and were always respectful of being in my house.

Not taking on any New customers… why bother advertising with Google?

You were the 2nd call looking for a service provider; 1st to actually answer the phone. Your Dispatcher seemed exasperated or annoyed by my call: she might consider watching her tone.
Lastly, at the time of my call, we were a week after the heat wave, so if you're behind servicing existing Customers, fine.

1-star for advertising service which you wouldn't offer, and your lack of customer service by phone, and apparently online. I took my business elsewhere.

We just had a 3.5 ton Bryant unit installed to replace a failing 18 year old Trane. The sales person, Roland, was great to work with right from the get go on the project. Then Dexter and Zeus did a awesome job. I felt bad for them as two of the days the temp was around 90 degrees outside making the attic supper hot.

We just had our AC condenser and air handler replaced. In the process they found that the pipe from condenser needed replacing. The Regan crew were true professionals and did a great job. I would like to make sure that Max, Orlando, and Dillon get recognized for their efficiency and attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated. Joe did a great job on the quitting and follow up. I contacted Regan at the recommendation of a family member who had had a very good experience with them a number of years ago. I had been told by another company that I needed a new boiler. Regan did a full assessment of my house, but also said they didn’t think I needed a new boiler and suggested I get another evaluation before they would proceed. I wound up getting my heating system checked out by three independent companies and they all agreed I didn’t need a new boiler. So I credit Regan for their thoroughness and honesty.

We have been using Regan for many years for both air conditioning and heating. They installed - and service - our heat pump and high efficiency heating system. Our experiences with Regan have been great, and we appreciate their timely response for both regular service, and when we've had any issues (which are few). Recently, Eric the service technician came out to do the annual service on the heating system and he was courteous, thorough in explaining things, and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Regan.

My wife and I were at a loss with the lack of heating we were getting from our heating system in the house we recently moved into. With a baby on the way I knew something had to be done. I spent the next 2 months getting quotes from 6 different companies, all stated my heating and venting needed to be completely rebuilt. The cheapest quote we got was $55,000. Not one quote could we afford the monthly financing. I sent a Hail Mary and contacted Regan and they sent ROLAND to come and inspect our system. Right off the bat Roland did something no other person did. He pulled the filter shield off and I instantly saw more air pressure. He then went to every vent and found they were hot so there was no venting problem there was air pressure issue. Two weeks later they arrived and their team did a fantastic job with the install of our new system. Now we are sitting in a perfectly heated home ready for our baby to arrive for FAR less than half of every other quote we received. To say I would recommend Regan would be an understatement. I cannot thank them and Roland enough. God bless.

It's easy to be happy with a company and service when everything goes smoothly, but a real test is how the company handles things when it isn't easy. Nothing is ever straightforward or easy in our old house, and when the unit that was recommended turned out not to be enough for our space, Regan worked with us and made it right! Sales staff, installation staff, and administrative staff were ALL concerned, helpful, pleasant, friendly, polite, and professional throughout every interaction. They did an A+ job and we are so happy with our new mini split system!

After having an ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE time dealing with GEM, (avoid that company at all cost!), we had a very refreshing and positive experience with Regan. Roland was a fantastic sales and site manager. He was very responsive, arrived on time to see the property, answered all questions and provided a reasonable quote quickly. We were put on the books for installation within a decent period time and we did not need to be present for the install. The crew (Max, Dylan, and Orlando), arrived as promised and did what they were supposed to do without any issues. They even left the property pretty much exactly as they found it. I was kept updated throughout the entire process and felt extremely comfortable all the while. Even the office staff (Stephanie) who helped with the rebates, was extremely helpful and clear about what was needed and what to expect. The entire process was exceptional and it’s reassuring to know that there are quality businesses who care about customer satisfaction still out there. Regan is where we will continue to go for all of our A/C and heating needs going forward, and we dearly hope that they NEVER surrender and sell out to the terrible company mentioned above. I recently had Regan install a central air conditioner at my house. The Regan rep (Roland) did a awesome job specking out a replacement unit (mine was 25 years old). The install technician (Zack) did a really great job with the installation. I was very happy with my experience with Regan.

Fantastic is all I can say!!! Don’t hesitate to use Regan!! Wonderful experience all the way around. Dexter and Zeus were so sweet and helpful!! Fast and thorough and I will def recommend to anyone looking for hvac and heating. Replaced our older central air unit with a beautiful new unit. Runs awesome!!!!!!
