The Heating & Air Conditioning Providence team exceeded expectations. The technician was on time, courteous, and fixed our cooling issue quickly. Very happy with their service and would definitely use them again in the future.

My AC completely gave up the ghost on a scorching Sunday afternoon, and I honestly thought my weekend was doomed. But they came out that very same day and had it running. Total lifesavers, seriously, they were my absolute heroes in that moment!

Regan is a lifesaver! I have had countless techs from other big name companies in RI come out to try and fix my Central Air, but Regan fixed it in just a couple of hours. They were FAST to come out, too! A tech was out the day after I made a call, and fixed the issue on the spot. I am happy to be unplugging my portable AC unit tonight!

Our heating and AC both needed to be replaced, Regan's team was quick to analyze the problem, gave good advice on how to improve our heating system and installed new systems in the most courteous manner. I highly recommend them if you want the job done well!

I was incredibly concerned about undertaking a large project during the pandemic—this team was so prepared, I was 100% at ease. Taking care of their customers and their staff, they developed safety guidelines that were sent to me a week ahead of installation. I consulted with three other companies before finding Regan, and I am so glad I found them. Not only were they competitively priced, the product was high quality and the team was with me every step of the way. As a customer experience leader, I am one tough customer, if you are in the market, I can’t recommend them strongly enough.

Our family recently had a Mitsubishi system installed in our home. The sales person from Regan came in and provided guidance and direction to help us get the most out of our system. He was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time and were courteous and professional. The system is great and we have been so grateful for our cool comfortable home this summer! 5 stars!!!

Upon Adrian Massi's arrival, after introducing ourselves and shaking hands, I made him aware that we already got a quote from another company, (not mentioned) and never showed him the quote, nor told him the price of that quote. We told him we were looking for a 2024 Spring installation. We asked Adrian Massi to quote the same thing that we asked of the first company, to quote a 1-zone Mitsubishi Ductless system for the main floor and a 2-zone Ductless system for the main floor plus the master bedroom upstairs. He acted professional, taking measurements, examining the electric panel, and reviewing where the outdoor unit would go. It took about 5 minutes for him to calculate the quotes while in his vehicle, then came back in and explained both. We asked about equipment warranties and yearly service contracts which he answered. He then explained the benefits of trying to make a decision within 30 days, it would lock in the price, get the equipment ordered, ready and waiting for installation during these times of supply chain issues, and be on the books for an installation early Spring 2024. Adrian didn't quote a system larger than what the area needed like the first company's quote and their yearly service contract for a dual system is $40 less that the first company's quote. No brainer. We ended up going with Regan Heating and Air.

We wanted to get Ductless AC installed, Saw their TV ad and called them along with 3 others. Regan was the first response and they came out to give Est. as did two of the other 3. Of all these Joe from Regan was the most professional, on time, very knowledgeable and had NO "Oh that will be a problem", "that will be extra " etc. Came back with estimate the same day. Estimate was middle one of the 3. I signed them on 2 days later and had an appt. set up for the next week. One of the others was over a month out. On the appointed date Joe showed up right on time and we went over the whole plan again. About 15 min later the two man crew arrived and spent time with Joe going over what was to be done. The crew then started to work. Orlando and his partner were fast, neat, answered any questions I had, and were VERY neat and clean considering it was raining the whole time they were here and they were in and out of the house. Every part of the installation was done in a VERY workmanlike manner. House is now cool. I highly recommend REGAN!!

Regan was a wonderful company to work with! Joe came out to my residence, listened to what I wanted and was able to give me a quote within minutes. The AC installation was completed a couple weeks later. The men who did the installation were very polite and professional. I could not be happier with the work. And now I am enjoying my air conditioned home!!

Meeting with the salesman a breeze. Responded almost immediately...like you couldn’t possibly respond faster. Worked with me on getting rebate from National Grid and explained my product options and the process thoroughly. Appointment was confirmed ahead of time. Salesman and Techs showed up on time on day of install. Clean, neat, efficient and ultra professional. They worked with me to suit my needs. Scheduled the job for 2 days, done in less than a day. I’ve been enjoying a climate controlled house since. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Regan was very efficient and thorough in explaining my options/needs for my boiler repair. Turnaround time was quick. Their Sales consultant, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and professional! Would absolutely recommend! Good quality and good service!

We have used Regan since we purchased our home in 2010. There were some issues, and they were taken care of at reasonable prices. The technicians were always knowledgable and friendly. Eventually, we signed up for biannual visits which caught any problems before they became significant issues. I appreciated the peace of mind and felt it was worth the money but most importantly, I never felt that they "found" issues just to pad the bill. Customer service was always courteous, and service prompt. After almost 10 years of experience with the company, I feel very comfortable recommending Regan to anyone.

The Regan team was courteous, professional and extremely considerate of our home for the four days they worked here. It was a major job as they were installing ducted AC on the second floor and two ductless units on the first. The job required a fair amount of plumbing, wiring, cutting, drilling, etc. But despite all of that, our home remained clean and the disruption to our lives (I work from home) was about as minor as I could imagine for a job that size. I would absolutely recommend Regan to anyone considering a central air install.

Regan Heating and Air was a surprise in providing 'old fashioned' superior customer service! From the initial sales call through the installation of my heat pumps to completing all the paperwork and follow-up for my State rebate, they were on point. I can't say enough good things about all of them - from Mike Vescera in sales to Dexter and Max and the rest of the crew to Stefanie in the office - they were all superior in their professionalism, attentiveness to detail, and communication. I recommend this company without reservation!

We live in a uniquely colored 1880's Victorian, and almost everyone that came out to look at / quote addition of mini-splits to our 2nd and 3rd floors shied away from the task. Joe not only came out when he said he would to look at the job, but he figured out in short order how best to install the units that minimized the visual impact to the exterior of our home. They worked with me on the contract, and were not only able to work us into their schedule quickly - they actually came when they said they would. The install team were respectful and efficient, and finished when they said they would. I had been recommended to Regan by a neighbor after many failed attempts with other suppliers, and while their price was on the high side, I'm so glad I went with them because they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. In addition, I have every confidence that they will stand behind their work, and since they are a Diamond Elite dealer for Mitsibushi (supposedly one of the highest rated units available) we get extra time on the warranty. I highly recommend this company!

I needed to replace an ailing ductless system, and I decided to go with Reagan and I’m very satisfied that I did. The whole process was as simple as it could’ve been, and very transparent, every step of the way. The installers showed up on time, which was great, did all the work in about half a day. The installation was thorough, inside and outside, and seamless for me. There even had to be a very small adjustment to the system that was required and one of the installers came back on that day within hours to correct the situation! Definitely over and above I would recommend Reagan for anyone needing, or interested, in a ductless mini split system

I just had Regan install a new AC in my house. (Yeah, I know it’s winter, but the off-season price was right.) They provided quality components and did a great job. The technicians were outstanding, cleaning as they went along. They went well above what was expected. I have no reservations recommending this business.

Regan installed our heating system and central A/C - they did a great job and we continue to use them for service and maintenance. The techs have always been professional and knowledgeable, and we appreciate the 24/7 service (thank you for coming out at 11pm on a Friday Joe!). We highly recommend Regan!

I would give our experience with Regan 6 stars if I could. On 1/15/22 they discovered a crack in our furnace during a Saturday service call when we were having issues with our heat.

I called them on Monday 1/17 (a holiday!), and they set an appointment for their home comfort specialist, Joe to come out and provide an estimate the next day on 1/18 for a new furnace. Joe was extremely kind, thorough and provided us with 3 quotes for 3 different units. We selected a unit and had it installed today, 1/20. Working with the techs and Joe was incredibly seamless and provided more than 5 star customer service. I can’t thank them enough for the speed in which we had a new furnace and even a brand new thermostat. The techs were extremely knowledgeable about the new unit, kind and provided a wealth of information about the new system to someone who knows very little about HVAC. They were extremely neat in the work and left the area around the furnace immaculate.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and they service our central air as well. My last tip- get the annual service contract- it is also worth its weight in gold when you have heating issues during a long weekend.
