Regan Heating and Air conditioning replaced our existing AC systems. They were extremely professional and made changes to the placement of our outdoor units making them more efficient and conducive to our outdoor living space. The AC technicians were extremely knowledgeable, happily answering any of our questions. They were timely and kept all areas clean. Five stars for sure!

Our WiFi accessory for our mini split wasn’t working. Steve and Dillon were assigned to the job. They didn’t an excellent job troubleshooting to have us up and running in no time. They were courteous and thorough. Thank you Regan Heating!

His customer service skills and professionalism were over 110%.
I needed advanced maintenance on my mini splits , which I was very aware of from last year.
Chris was accommodating and was able to perform these tasks.

Our Regan HVAC technician Chris was punctual, super friendly, and thorough. He explained every detail of the service and even returned later in the day to perform a safety check for a gas leak. This was our first experience with Regan, and we were delighted with the service. Job well done.

Regan has been servicing my heating and central A/C system for a few years and doing fine. I recently had my A/C unit replaced after 15 years of use. The sales person, Roland, came to the house, looked at the system and gave me options and made his suggestion for replacement. He followed up quickly with a confirming quote for the amount he mentioned. The installation date was set but I cancelled it twice due to our recent 100+ temperature days. They were very understanding and cooperative. When the day came for the installation the guys arrived on time. Zack, Max and Jarred did an excellent job. The job went smoothly, they kept me informed regarding the progress, answered all my questions and when done they checked to be sure everything was operating properly. When they left there was nothing damaged, they picked up everything and left the premises as if they were never there. They were professional and friendly. We were very comfortable with them in our home. Definitely a very good experience.

During last week's cold snap, my heat went out. I was scared as to who to call, having had a terrible experience in the past. I called Regan because of an ad I recalled. The gentleman who arrived was kind, considerate and did not treat me like an idiot. He explained what he was doing and how I can check things in the future. I highly recommend this company if he is any representative of the way they handle customers. Great job! Thank you!

I called Regan in a semi-emergency because my furnace stopped working reliably in the middle of February. It was having trouble lighting and I didn't know when it would stop altogether. I was having to manually light it on a daily basis. I asked to have someone come out to give me a quote to install a new furnace ASAP. They were originally able to come out 4 days later but when I explained my situation to the secretary she immediately reached out to Roland and he came out that same day within an hour. He talked me through everything and answered all of my questions as I was concerned since we have an asbestos flue. A previous company told me they didn't think they would be able to install a high efficiency furnace due to our house layout. Instead they would have to install a standard efficiency furnace which would involve a lot more work due to our asbestos flue and would cost well over $10,000. Roland immediately put my mind at ease and assured me they would be able to install a high efficiency furnace so we could avoid any issues related to the asbestos flue and it would cost less than $10,000 (for a better product!)

They came out 6 days later to install our new furnace. Roland gave me his personal number and told me to contact him anytime if our heat stopped working altogether and he would get someone out sooner. I did reach out to him a couple times with some questions/concerns prior to the new furnace being installed and he responded immediately.

On install day we had 3 techs come out as well as Roland to make sure I didn't have any questions/concerns. They removed our 35 year old standard efficiency furnace and installed the new high efficiency furnace in 6 hours. They were all extremely courteous and respectful and the job was done seamlessly. I highly recommend them if you are in a similar situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH REGAN!

Regan Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our 26-year-old gas furnace and modified the HVAC system to run more efficiently. Everyone we dealt with at Regan (Adrian, Steven, Dylan, Trevor and Justin) was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and hardworking. Regan installed a quality product on time and at competitive price. The installation and modifications were done by a team of professionals who keep us informed every step of the way. Regan did exactly what they said they would do and on schedule. It was a pleasure dealing Regan from the beginning of the project to the end. Jeff Raposa is the owner of Air Synergy and is a guy who is very involved in installations and also there whenever we had any issues with our Viessmann boiler system.

They have performed preseason maintenance on our central A/C systems for several years. Our house is 50+ years old with two retrofit units.

There have never been any problems at all with our units despite the fact that they run nonstop during the warm season.

They’re great. What else can I say about them? They come when they say they’re going to come. They have all their tools and they’re ready to go to work and they solve the problem. They do not leave you until the problem is solved. I have had a heating problem, hot water, problem, and my mini splits broke down on me all of which they fixed.
