I used this company for many years and never complained about the bill.
Recently, however, I was grossly overcharged for parts. After a discussion, Mike agreed to refund $50 to keep his customer happy....except the refund was never received and he has been unresponsive to follow-up text. Will not use again.

Dudes a clown, had an appointment scheduled a week in advance. Texted me the night before to say he couldn’t come for another couple weeks. Didn’t respond to messages after that.

On the phone with another company right now while baking in a 91 degree room to get someone out here to figure out what the issue is with the installation T Gomes did last year. Looks like it might be a couple thousand more dollars to actually cool this place.

Bad experience with this company. A service tech came to our house to check a possible bad connection on the furnace. I asked him if he had any cleaner to try cleaning it and he said no. So he disconnected the plug and blew in it. ?? $95 for the service call and then he told us we needed a new valve and that it was between $500 and $600. 2 minutes research told me that the valve was a $250 part. Unprepared to do a simple service (contact cleaner) and then tried to rip us off on the replacement part. Stay away.

This company worked on my boiler at my rental property several times never got it working right.

They keep charging me even charge me for their recent visit to fix a mistake they made.

I had another company come in and fix the problem which was a simple sensor cost me a little over 500 hours to have them fix the boiler right.

If you want to waste a lot of money having to try to fix stuff they don't know how to fix then hire them
