If I could zero stars i would. Called bc my furnace was leaking water. Came out and my 84yo mother in law answered. Clearly 52° in my house and he said he couldn't work bc it was too dirty down there Well ya. It was leaking. Fyi some wet spots on the floor. Nothing major. Guy needs to get a different job where he doesn't get his hands dirty.
It's like my landscaper not mowing bc there was leaves.
Useless Ken

Guy originally came here to service the boiler. Looked at it and said we just needed a new one. Charged us 100 bucks and didn’t do anything. What a was of money. Wouldn’t recommend this company. All other companies do free quotes.

Nick and Jeremy are awesome to deal with. I highly recommend them. They always listen and give recommendations that are best for my needs even if it doesn’t benefit them. It is refreshing to hear the truth.

The person I had to clean out my oil burner retired. For the last 2 years I had Ken's heating and oil come to clean out my boiler. Log story short. I had no hot water the last 4 days. When the bolier started it sounded like a plane was flying in my basement. I had TH Malloy come and with 10 minutes the probelm was resolved. The kid that came form Ken's the last 2 years put in the wrong size nozzle!!! This could have been much worse. I say the kid becasue he was very young. unprfessional, banging stuff, swearing profanities. At the time of the cleaning I called Ken's the next day and requested the kid never come back to my house. If I could give Ken's ZERO stars I would.

The heater went out, I called Ken heating to get some help, he called back right away, an appointment was set up for the following day. His son came over. He cleaned up the heating system. Everything is working fine now.

We called to have our furnace serviced for winter they not only did a great job but told us we needed a value repair in the near future. As before they were prompt and courteous and reasonable. Great company.

The tech called and arrived when the office said, explained what they were doing, done the required work, cleaned up cleaner before he came.
Very professional, and did a great job. My daughter saw what kind of work they did and hired them also.
