These guys are great! Needed a part on a Saturday morning and (unlike some other local supply houses) Johnstone Supply was open. Mark B (working the counter) went above and beyond to help this DIYer!

I went to a competitive store and with no problem thay quoted me a price on a boiler and if they had 1 I would have brought it home that moment! They didn't have any so I went to Johnstone supply and they wouldn't sell me one! Because I wasn't a licensed plummer and didn't have account with them! Guess my 2100.00 dollars wasn't good enough for them! So I bought it on Jefferson Blvd no problem! Your lose!

Absolutely the most terrible customer service, called 3 times today spoke to Jose and Partrick. Jose had no clue, waited 2 hours for Patrick to call back, he never did.
They should immediately take down the messages while your waiting on hold praising how great they are. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to John F.White Steve had my part and was resolved in 30 minutes.

My go-to HVAC wholesale outlet. Huge inventory usually in stock on location. The counter staff is experienced and helpful. Their numbers are good and they will work with you. Spanish speakers at the counter.

Johnstone is the best around in RI for all your HVAC Supplies. And they are in the Center of the state.

I could not be happier with Johnstone, and the crew working there! After a few other attempts to get what I needed at other places, I called Johnstone, they verified what I needed, put my name on it, and after a 1 hour drive to get there, I was able to get what I needed!

The crew seemed genuinely knowledgeable, professional, and overall decent people.

Them doing their jobs, got my family heat & hot water again! Plain and simple!
