No matter what the weather is....39.7 inches of snow, high winds and white out conditions, and they came to my aid! They have given me so much over the years and I have recommended them to well over 200 people! We came to Santoro Oil through Glow Oil (formerly known as Colonial/Douglas Oil), with whom we have been customers since the winter of 2002. Their merger has been a lifesaver for us. Our experience has been exceptionally good. Santoro Oil offers us a complete service based on our needs. They installed a new oil tank, provide maintenance for our central air conditioning and boiler, and supply us with heating oil. It is hard to find a company that offer this combination of services. But best of all it is their customer service; the office staff establish an immediate connection with their clients, showing empathy, understanding of their needs, and demonstrating a willingness and availability to serve and resolve any issues. Apart from all this, the technical staff, in addition to their specialized professional knowledge, seem to have received customer service training, because the way they treat us customers as if we were part of a family. We are satisfied and grateful.

Jhordan was awesome! He was able to arrive ahead of schedule (after calling to make sure that would be OK) and was thoroughly professional.

We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned since we jsut moved and didn't know if the previous owners ever had it done or not. Our technician called and gave me an ETA the morning of so I had an idea of when he would arrive. He walked through each of the floors noting where there were air vents and told us that we can buy magnetic sheets to put so that the airflow is blocked on vents that we have closed in order to push up air to other rooms that we're using (i.e. the basement doesn't need A/C in the summer since it's below ground). He told us what he was going to do before doing anything and told us about things that we should think about getting done and how frequently (this was EXTREMELY helpful!) I would hire this company in a heartbeat!

Everything was great. Our vent were super gross and these guys made them so clean. Very professional and did a great job.

Jose from Lowes did a very good job. They are about one third the price of competitors. They clean them the same way. 350 for the whole house. $100 for the dryer vent??

We had a re-visit of an issue with our bathroom exhaust fan. Bruno was professional, knowledgable, explained the operation of the fan and corrected the previous incomplete work. We are very satisfied.

You would be amazed at what gets left inside your air ducts after construction. Juan came on time, and did a thorough and professional job. He provided photos of the work he performed. So impressive! We will breathe easier knowing he cleaned our ducts before we moved in.

Used Lowe’s last year and again this year (and will next year Lord willing). Had wonderful and professional service from the booking through to the duct cleaning. Literally, no issues at all.
