Juan Ortiz did an excellent job on ducts that haven’t been cleaned for 15 years (if not longer…) Very good work.

Amazing service. This is the second time we have used them.

The technician showed up and we were just finishing a construction project which created a lot of dust (the completion of our project ran a little longer than expected). When he saw the state of our home and that some of the rooms still under construction - he suggested he come back when it was completely finished to ensure the best outcome.

I was so thankful for this suggestion - even though it was counter to him efficiently completing the job - he was already at my home!

This demonstrates the level of integrity and care of this firm - to put the quality of their service and the best interests of their customers first.

I highly recommend Lowes. Arrived on time. Technician was extremely friendly, polite, respectful of his surroundings. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. When he found what was the beginning of mold, droplets in one of our units he immediately stopped work, explained everything to us, including what had to be done. The unit was sanitized, and he continued with the rest of the house. Was here for the amount of time that was estimated. After he left amazingly enough, we now keep our air conditioner 2° higher than we normally did because the house was colder and smelled fresher. Again I highly recommend.

Javier was professional and thorough. He took precautions to protect the house when he brought his machine in and out and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and I am pleased with his work.

My house is built new 11 years ago. This is the first time we cleaned ducts. The technician (Jhordan) did professional job of cleaning the entire house, 2 HVAC systems.

I will give this a 3/5 being generous. I think they did an ok job overall. issues are

1.) I have 3 children and specifically asked if I should cover the beds / clothes / etc before the ceiling ducts/vents were cleaned because of possible debris… I was told no… now I just moved into this house and I know the vents were not ideal.. but after the job was done all 3 rooms with ceiling vents had debris all over the floor and some in the childrens crib / bed (some of which was mouse droppings) which I don’t particularly like the fact that mouse droppings were just left on my children’s sleeping areas with no cleanup or mention or anything, especially after I asked if I should cover them with plastic of some sort

2.) maybe more minor? , the vents are pretty well “cleaned” or should I say vaccumed?.. but just putting the flashlight on my phone and taking a video you can still see plenty of areas where buildup is still there

So my assumption is this isn’t really a duct / vent cleaning … it’s more of a .. stick a vacuum in the vent and suck up whatever comes out and call it a day cleaning.

For 900$ (2 hour job so 350$/hr) I was hoping the vents would be better cleaned and for there to not be mouse poop and dust all over the bedrooms , specifically where we sleep.

Absolutely Fantastic. ***** 5-STARS ***** Ernesto called and came early which worked for us. He was polite and wore a mask the whole time here, even though I suggested he did not have too. Before and after pictures showed the great job he did. Price was fair and great for work involved. I was extremely impressed with the awesome job. I would recommend to anyone I know to use them.. The service was excellent, the technician came right on time. He called to give me a specific arrival time which helped a great deal as I don’t live on the property.

It can be hard to find good contractors, and it's even harder to find HVAC contractors who are experienced with heat pump systems. These guys did a great job, helped me figure out the best design for my complicated cape layout, mediated the state rebate process, and did a great install.

Mr. Driver provides 5 star, A+ work. I am thrilled with the service, the responsiveness and his vast knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems. His work was impeccable and going forward, I only trust him to provide honest and professional service. Mr. Driver even prepared the paperwork for the rebate that RI was providing! I am very happy I found him.
