Manuel and his co-worker were great! Very professional, courteous and neat. They had me view what they installed and completed all in a timely manner.

Every time I schedule a delivery I'm waiting at least a week or longer for someone to show up. Ordered a delivery on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) and when no one has shown up I called today (Friday) to find out when someone would be out. I was told that "I should have enough oil for two to three weeks" and that "I wasn't a priority" but that "Someone should be out sometime next week". I'm not expecting same day service but I don't think that getting service within a few days is unreasonable, especially when you've already charged me for it, so why do I have to consistently wait over a week? I'm all set with this provider, delivering something I've paid for in a reasonable time frame seems to be a challenge and shouldn't consistently be made my problem.

I have been using Wilkinson’s/Santoro Oil for over 20 years and their workmanship is superb. The office is friendly, helpful and responsive.The techs are knowledgeable and always repair as needed. I had an emergency call and Cyrus arrived within an hour and a half. He knew right away what was wrong and had my hot water fixed in record time. He then explained what happened and what to look for in the future. Thank you!

Recently purchased a new stove that needed to be installed and converted from natural gas to propane. From my initial call to the completion of the installation, the Santoro team was absolutely first class! I am very happy to be a Santoro customer!!

Santoro Oil came to fix something on our furnace that was causing the furnace to flare on and off. The technician Jarret was great and explained things while easily solving the issue. I was lucky enough to have Nick as a service technician today. He was not only personable and conscientious, but also knowledgeable and patient. Even though the news I received on my 1958 equipment was not the best, Nick was the best in delivering it. He not only explained everything but also showed me exactly where the problem areas were. I wish every single company had people like Nick working for them. Santoro, thank you for employing such great people. I wanted to add that I was lucky enough to have Steve today speak to me about new heating equipment. Once again customer service went above and beyond expectations. I had to make the “no heat” call on a Sunday during winter storm Fern. Expected a long wait for service , but Julian showed up within the hour and found my problem. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the part. He explained the problem and fixed it. He was kind, knowledgeable and I am so grateful for Santoro oil for sending this Julien to my rescue. By the way, I heat with gas and have one of those triangler heating systems.

Ryan introduced himself right from the start, and was polite and professional. Boiler issue was found in a short amount of time, and fixed. I have always had a good experience with the Santoro techs who arrive for cleanings or repairs.

The office staff members are friendly and helpful. My request for emergency delivery was honored promptly!. Getting notified that delivery has occurred is very helpful to those who are not currently

I have used Santoro for 20 plus years and have service plan and automatic delivery. Due to this extreme 2026 weather I requested a delivery "off schedule" and the request was very promply acted on. The annual service program has always been on time and handled. Great service, recommend these folks A+.

Michael the technician, was very professional, calm, soft spoken. Answered my questions so I could understand. Found a problem with my gas furnace and made arrangements for service person to come to my house tomorrow. When he completed the preventative work, he cleaned up the area thoroughly He Knocked softly on my apartment to let me know he was done and assured me SANTORO office would call me tomorrow. An exceptional young man.

I have to say technician michael was so great.he went above and beyond his work. a guy like him should be teaching others.he makes you want to stay with your oil company also bob who attended was just as good. Thank you again for a great experience.

Santoro salesman Mike Torti worked closely with us to get us a really good deal on propane and to insure that despite the snow and freezing temps we properly prepared our residence to install the new tanks and service. Technicians Artur Chmura and Luciano Bruno braved the inclement weather to do an outstanding installation job--they were very respectful to our property, carefully explained everything they did, and answered all our questions. WAY TO GO!!!!

Service was excellent. Nick did a service call once before and we were very pleased with his knowledge and friendly mannerisms. He’s very neat and picks up after his work and explained what was done. Santoro Oil has a gem with this employee.

Jeremy was early for the appointment which was great. This was a follow up to an earlier visit the beginning of this week to check specs. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained the outcomes. I’ve had great timely service over the years and would recommend this company to family and friends.

They have been so responsive to delivery requests even right before a big storm when I'm sure they're super busy. I really appreciate the monthly payments for credit instead of the occasionally large payments for delivery. Will continue to use Santoro Oil because of how reliable they are.

I had glow oil before they were absorbed into Santoro, and while I never had a problem with glow, I am loving Santoro. They arrived a day earlier than they said, and we were out of oil, so thatvwas great. Then they came while I was sleeping. As they called me and I silenced it, they called again, 4x until I answered, annoyed only to suddenly be happy. The two employees delivering were so polite, funny and nice, and I enjoyed talking to them as they filled my tank and primed the system. I honestly could not imagine anything going better unless it was free!
