excellent place to shop for heating equipment in Pawtucket. You can order parts, have help with issues that you might have with your heating and Cooling system.

The best they are very friendly they once stayed open while i drove through a blizzard for a part for my boiler with i repaired that day so my family could be warm and cozy while watching the snow fall thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!! I will never forget that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!👍😃

Had what i needed when no one else did, prices were super cheap, service was quick and they actually went out of their way to find the part i needed instead of selling me an expensive replacement. Wish i could give 10 stars.

Called for a part. Was told it was in stock and to come down and pick it up at 4:25PM. Arrive at 4:45PM and they are closed. Website says hours are until 5pm. Call the phone from the parking lot and they have their "summer hours until 4:30PM" Thanks for delaying repair of my AC unit a day. If you told me you closed in 5 minutes I could have gone somewhere else. Now I'm SOL, it's 85º in my house and my dogs are overheated.

Great parts location all kinds of HVAC and plumbing but I had to drive 15 min away to find an ATM cause their machines were down and very inconvenient !!

I've been going here forever great group of people to help you out with questions on your project and they got a saying over there if they don't have it you don't need it so true so Ted and the guys keep up the good work

Left me without heat for 2 weeks in October after supplying incorrect burner for a boiler I purchased from them. Could get no answer for week and half. Finally spoke to Ted and said it was being shipped overnight due Thursday. Thurs came and no burner, it had not even left the manufacturer shop yet being sent regular shipping. Ended up driving 2 hours to pick it up myself.
This used to be a good shop but now seems no one cares and just out to make a buck
