Thumbs Up Plumbing was excellent-- they answered the phone right away, set up a same-day appointment, arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem right away. Shaq was excellent, a gentleman and the first person to actually solve our problem. Where other plumbers have mentioned ripping apart our walls to redo entire piping systems, Shaq simply repaired our shower at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner to stop the leaking. Problem solved! Never been so happy with a plumber before!

I recently had a plumbing issue with my bathtub drain and contacted Thumbs Up Plumbing for help. They subcontracted the job to Lackey and Sons, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Ryan and his assistant from Lackey and Sons were incredibly communicative, polite, and professional. They arrived quickly, worked efficiently to snake the drain, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

I called Thumbs Up plumbing after I had a leak through my ceiling from the upstairs bathroom toilet. Shaq came out to look at the problem toilet within 3 hours of my call. He determined that I needed a new flange and wax ring. It was late in the day and he needed a certain part ,so he had to return the following afternoon. He came back ,as promised, with the new parts. The toilet was fixed, solid and secure. I have an old house so I'm sure he had to make some adjustments and this is what he is really great at. I will definitely call Thumbs Up Plumbing again for any future issues.. I recommend this company to anyone out there who is in need of a plumber and doesn't know who to call . Don't hesitate.

Shaq came out on an emergency call and was more than professional. He wanted to help educate me on our system and the reasons there were issues. He was able to take care of everything that we requested and was unbelievably friendly. We will definitely be using Thumbs Up Plumbing in the future.
