The shower wouldn’t shut off and the drain was leaking into the basement! The whole thing was a hot mess! Sean was at the house within an hour of calling. Very pleasant and knowledgeable! He fixed the shower handle shut off, installed an access panel and fixed the drain which was not installed correctly by the remodel company. It was not an easy fixed but Sean and Shaq cut it out and properly installed a new drain. Excellent plumbing company! Would not hesitate to hire them in the future!!!

Sean was awesome, he provided prompt and helpful service, guiding us through decision-making with detailed explanations. The work was done quickly and he fixed some suspect diy work that was done by previous homeowners as he removed our garbage disposal and repiped our kitchen sink. He was happy to answer any questions we had about other areas of the house.

Thumbs up plumbing was awesome. I called on a Friday evening because I had a burst pipe in the middle of a very cold stretch of weather. I was looking for someone to come repair the pipe as soon as possible and thumbs up had a technician at my house about an hour after I called and they were able to repair the issue that night. I was incredibly grateful for their 24/7 service and impressed with their work. We will absolutely be using them again! Highly recommend!

Looking at the picture you can see it is not an easy boiler to repair. I called Thumbs Up Plumbing on Saturday night and Sean was here on Monday. The men that installed our storm door were wonderful. They were thorough and went above and beyond.

We had a ac company come in for a service of our upstairs attic unit . Guy was ok but he didn’t put back the panel of the unit causing the thermostat bit to turn on . I had to find the cause and reattach the panel . Simple fix but shouldn’t have had to do it .

We have been doing business with Vaughn oil company for over 35 years. In those years we have needed service for normal wear and tear , new burner replacement and other average problems that may arise. They remind us about yearly maintenance and we have always been happy with their service provided. It’s probably one of the only companies left where you can call anytime and get a response. We always recommend them to family and friends. Last year when our boiler finally broke after 35 years, they came immediately and replaced it in the middle of the winter, We give them 10 stars because 5 is not enough!

Chris came out today and did an amazing job to help us with our heating. Couldn't be happier with Vaughn and their employees thus far. Rockstars!

Comfortable at home with a tank full of oil, thankful that Vaughn oil company provided my oil through deep snow and took care of my needs.

Oil based water heater replacement. Very fair cost estimate. Work was completed on time and no corners were skipped. True repair specialists did an exceptional job. I am very happy with their performance and would most certainly use them again.

Vaughn oil has helped us heat our home for so many years, and they serviced my parents long before that. Not only do they have great customer service in general, but when things got rough financially for us a few years ago, they were more than willing to work with us so we could keep our home warm. I will never forget that.

We have been very pleased with Vaughn. Oil. Price of oil is very reasonable, and whenever we have needed service they are right on it. Even major repairs, replacing hot water heater or furnace were done well and updated at a reasonable cost. We trust them to do a good job and they always have, for many years.

Our oil tank sprung a leak on a rainy night. Vaughn oil immediately sent a tech to assess the situation. It was quite bad so the tank had to be drained that night. Vaughn oil sent an oil truck and a guy to pump the oil out of the leaking tank at midnight. They also set up a temporary tank for us to use to keep the heat going.

Three days later they sent two guys to our house to change the oil tank. It was a big job but they did a terrific job changing it. The price was also very reasonable.

Our experience with Vaughn oil and their service was fantastic. They were very professional and really knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called Vaughn and within just one hour they had a service person here, and he quickly had us up and running. You cannot put a price on that kind of service. But for all of that, their pricing is highly competitive. In short, you get what you pay for -- and even more.

We became new Vaughn customers recently when the former homeowner’s heating contract with another company expired. Impressed with the great reviews, we gave Vaughn a call and loved that a friendly human answered the phone. After getting the answers we were looking for, they got our burner cleaned and inspected and signed us right up. Their service plan and oil prices are competitive with what we had previously. The new customer discount was a nice perk, too! I like that they will work with you to find the budget and payment plan that fits. We don’t have a service history to comment on yet, but the tech who cleaned our boiler at startup was courteous and professional (though a man of few words), and we were impressed when the first oil delivery guy rang the doorbell to be certain that someone had come out to clean the burner. Most of all, we like the online customer account feature. So far, it’s going great!
