We had our annual furnace servicing done by our oil provider, Vaughn Oil. Adam O came to my house and did a fantastic job explaining the condition of the furnace, oil tank, and overall servicing recommendations. He was professional & cordial. I would highly recommend Vaughn Oil to friends/family because of their staff.

Vaughn Oil is the best. They treat you like family and can't do enough to help. The customer service is the best and the service is wonderful. I love a company that works with you and they are fantastic. We never had to wait for a delivery or service. I have had a couple of friends complain about their oil companies and advised them to change to Vaughn and now they are very satisfied with their oil service. I highly recommend this company..

Thought we needed a hot water heater, Zach did a thorough job fixing whatever was wrong. Ryan researched hot water heaters and came back to us with reviews and prices. Since moving to Rhode Island 20 years ago, I've dealt with Vaugh Oil and two other companies. Vaughn has been the most professional, with competitive prices and they make me feel like a valued customer. Their Techs are first rate, competent. and respectful. Thank you, Vaughn Oil for making customer service your policy, not just a slogan, and for being there twenty-four seven.

When moved to our home 3 years ago, the previous owners already had a contract with Vaughn, so we stayed with them for our services and oil delivery. Vaughn has completed 3 yearly cleanings for us, as well as some service calls. The employees have been professional, prompt, and willing to answer any questions we may have. I highly recommend Vaughn for any service needs and oil delivery needs.

After purchasing our new home, we chose to use Vaughn Oil for our heating needs. Everything from the delivery of oil to routine maintenance has been without any issues. I find that the office people to whom I speak when requesting a delivery to be knowledgeable and courteous. During our first winter in our home we needed a part replaced and couldn't turn our heat on. Vaughn Oil responded quickly and before we knew it, they had the part replaced and our home was once again warm. And truthfully, I thought that our repair cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service and service when needed. I’ve had Vaughn for over 20 years. The only issue I have is the add on fees they have implemented that make it less affordable. Lock in fee for oil with prepayment has increased to more than $99.00 and each automatic delivery has an add on of $6,50. I’ve been with this company for over 20 years and I expect the service contract to increase but it seems that wherever a fee can be added it’s happening more and more. The 4 stars is because of the add ons that keep developing.

I have my annual maintenance and they confirm the appointment and are always on time. The service is vey good. They are proactive but will advise best time to make repairs or improvements.

I would like to see the lock in rate decrease as that makes the per gallon price more.

I have used Vaughn Oil for many years. This was my first experience with their service department. I signed on for their service agreement this year and they had a technician come out for a cleaning. He was very professional and friendly. He didn't try to sell me anything. He told me what he did and that was it. He left the area clean. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Vaughn.

I have owned by home for ~ 23 years and have had a few oil companies and the service was terrible and were very inconsistent. About 14 years ago we switched to Vaughn Oil and it was one of the BEST decisions we could have made. The office staff is extremely courteous and their service technicians are FANTASTIC. Our Family feels very safe and secure knowing Vaughn is there if and when we need them.

Affordable, family owned business that cares about there customers needs. Works with you instead of ignoring you. Someone always answers the phone and is always friendly. We hired Vaughn Oil for oil delivery several years back and not only are their rates exceptional, their rate lock and service programs are great too. We recently had to have service on our boiler and thought the repair would cost roughly $6000 but when the team from Vaughn arrived, their exceptionally talented crew was able to repair it for way much less than expected. An honest company getting paid for honest work - very relieved and happy we chose Vaughn for our oil company.

Been a customer for a few years, replaced my furnace and oil tank via Vaughn Oil, spend 7500+ and fast forward 2 years later, I ran out of oil. No big deal, but new furnaces cannot be primed by owners, theyre computer controlled. So now im cold with no heat and the service calls are due on site!!! What?? Never seen that ever for an oil company, especially if theyre your supplier. Avoid this company if you like heat.

They are always helpful to get a delivery to you quickly and give friendly reminders by phone when an upcoming delivery is anticipated. They keep my boiler up to date and efficient as possible with regular servicing and are always accommodating with my schedule. I’ve been a Vaughn Oil customer since 2001. You couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else, they just make it so easy with their budget plans! Their service technicians are efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Vaughn Oil values its customers! The service team has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a leak in my oil tank and Vaughn quoted me a fair and reasonable price to replace it. Shawn and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job from start to finish!

Vaughn Oil has always been there whenever I have called them. I have been with them for over twenty five years. If my heat was not working, they would send someone out to fix immediately. There prices are very reasonable and when they fixed anything it was done right the first time and if not they would come right back to fix the problem. Which was never. As long as I need service from them for my heat and boiler I will never go with anyone else. I am glad they are my service technicians. Thank you for your service.
