Also Tina in the office was extremely polite and helpful!!!

I recently had Air Duct Cleaning of NE clean the air ducts in both of the AC/heating systems in my condo, as well as cleaning out my dryer vent. JB came to review the job first, telling me what would be done and how they would go about it. He quoted me a price, which was exactly what I paid when the work was completed. A team of 3 arrived and were very thorough as they set about cleaning vents on all 3 floors of my home. I was very pleased with their work and will certainly use them again.

Ivan and JR were great , they showed before and after photos ans walked us through the whole job process. Ty Tayla also for your great costumer sevice over the phone . Highly recommend conpany .

We called this company because of the reviews we read, they were right! Carlos and Carlos showed up on time, with everything they needed to do the job and were pleasant and easy to deal with. They explained the process and went right to work. We were pleased with the work, and the workers. they wer4e great!

Ivan and Louis from ADCNE came this morning to clean our ductwork. They were extremely thorough, efficient, professional, and showed me everything they did (including the years of dust and dirt that came out of the ducts). I couldn't be happier with the cleaning, I'll definitely be calling them back in a few years when it needs to be done again. Highly recommend!!

Jim, Carlos "Junior" and Mike worked methodically and efficiently, as a team. They quickly identified a few obstacles in our duct system and effectively worked around them. They also repaired a major gap in a supply duct left by the original contractor. We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend Air Duct Cleaning of N.E.

Ryan is an excellent technician. He was polite and professional. He took his time and did a very thorough job in our home. He provided me with pictures of our ducts before and after. He cleaned up his work area and put furniture back in place. This was our first time having HVAC cleaned and he made it an easy decision to refer company to friends. We will use them again when time comes!

Great service by Carlos and Louis on our dusty filthy vents. They were on time, finished faster than anticipated, shared photos and left me breathing easy ...after a year of knowing there was too much dust in the air.. I'm relieved. Great job thank you.

Carlos and Ivan were very professional and gentlemen. They were a strong team and very knowledgeable, pleasant, and eager to make sure we were comfortable with what they were doing. I would highly recommend them and, in fact, asked for business cards to place in our community meeting room (the landing);

I recently moved into a home with lots of dog fur in the HVAC system and an A/C that was struggling to keep up. I reached out to Air Duct Cleaning of NE to see if they could help. As this was a service I have never had done before, I had a lot of questions and JB was super helpful. I was able to get scheduled with a quick turnaround. The day of service was excellent and we are very happy with the cleaning provided. The air flows much better and musty smells we previously had are now gone. Very happy and highly recommend!

Excellent dryer duct cleaning service performed by Carlos. He was right on time, got to work in a very cramped space behind my dryer and thoroughly cleaned the washer/dryer area. Then cleaned the outside ducts and louvers and bagged the lint to take with him. I highly recommend their service.

Jim and Lou were extremely professional and did a great job. We’re going to use them again in the spring. We highly recommend Jim and Lou to get the job done right!

Excellent service, professionalism and quality from Carlos and Mike. They thoroughly cleaned our HVAC ducts and vents that had never been cleaned before. They were very kind, helpful and talked through the process and results along the way. They also fixed a minor issue with one of our ducts proactively and proposed solutions for a supply issue. Couldn't recommend this team more. Thank you both for your hard work!

Carlos Jr and Louis were great. Easy to contact, discussed my concerns. Showed up after my cleaning service came and the house was still spotless when they finished. Fantastic job and the vents are very clean.

Carlos Jr and Louis did a great job with cleaning our duct work. We have never had them clean since we moved into the house and they showed us just how bad it was. They were very friendly and professional giving us great advice for the future.
