Wonderful experience from working with Rob Lanni getting a quote, to scheduling HVAC installation, was a flawless process. The three installers were very professional. I highly recommend Carjon.

I needed to replace my thermostat, so I called Carjon, who have been servicing my heat and A/C for many years. They came and did the job with their customary efficiency and competence. Everything is working fine now.

The most recent visit by a Carjon service man proved to be perfect timing. Our heating system is running much better than ever.

I posted a message on April 7th about my experience. I was extremely pleased with our technician. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was thorough and polite. My only question is why I waited so long to switch to Carbon. I would highly recommend Carjon to anyone looking for a great and reliable service company.

My experience with Carjon was simply amazing. Setting up an appointment was smooth and stress free. The staff were incredibly friendly and you can tell they truly care about providing quality service. Alex and Sam arrived right at the scheduled time and were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely fast! The price was very reasonable and they were in and out in under 45 minutes! I recently had to replace my central air conditioner that was installed by CarJon in 1998. It was a Trane product and in all those years I never had a problem with the system. The install was done yesterday by three great technicians-Mo, Kevin and Gervin. They were on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon completion of the install Mo took the time to explain everything to me. The whole process was done professionally from beginning quote (Zack) to the install and my many questions to Lori. I would recommend CarJon to anyone looking for a new A/C UNIT.

Very satisfied with the service call I had with CARJON. The tech was very nice and explained everything and what was wrong and how to fix the issue. Glad it was a quick fix and nothing more serious. I would absolutely use them again if my system has more issues. I am on a service plan with them.

Had central air installed in my house today. These guys were great, very professional and meticulous. They had the floor covered where they would be walking as soon as they got there.
Answered all my questions, made sure I knew how the system worked before they left and every one of them had smiles on their faces. Great experience. They have earned my annual maintenance needs!! I would recommend them to everyone.

Extremely happy with CARJON overall, I have them check on my system twice a year. Yesterday I had a second heating/cooling zone added to my existing system and could not be more satisfied with the work and the crew. The two man crew was quick and efficient, put down cloth everywhere they walked, communicated clearly, and cleaned up every piece of dirt and dust caused by the install, and then some.

The crew lead explained every step of the process to me and kept me updated during the install. Really impressed with their professionalism and respect of my home.

I have had a contract with Car Jon for the past 5 years. The Technicians always do a really great job. The office staff is always available and they answer their phones. I now have to replace my AC and will look out further and give Car Jon the job. They have been in service for years, and have a great reputation. Some of our HVAC businesses have sold out to corporate America Unfortunately. Of course they don’t tell the customer they haven’t and then give crappy service. I am gonna stick with the company that knows how to still service customers.

Update 2025 - I just had Car Jon replace my heating and a/c. All I can say is wow! The guys who came for the installation were super nice. The system , works fabulously! Car Jon- you rock! Please don’t change your business model of having trained professionals and super star service! Thank you… thank you… thank you! Gizmo and I are super toasty this winter!

CarJon is by far the best service company. They are great at what they do and I have no complaints. Always leave everything neat and clean. Highly recommended.

Learned that heat pumps/AC last 15 years. Ours died - freon leak at air handler. Did not want to repair.....

Researched replacements (Trane or Mitsubishi). Got several quotes. Carjon was higher than hoped for, but spec'd for total system replacement since ours was a 35 year old hodge podge. Others would use existing (crummy) ductwork, saving 40% while also skimping on needed electrical upgrades. Carjon was the only company to do Manual J calc. If you don't know what that is, ask. If dealer won't provide it, RUN!

Took 3 days, avg crew of 3, and results are fantastic. If you want things done right, it's $ well spent.

PS: did homework and called Trane directly. Carjon is the top dealer installer they recommend in my area

Reliable courtesy and competency! I have a package with them , this provides me my annual services and service in an emergency situation. I do not worry about that, knowing I will get my emergency call answered and a guy out to help fix it! Good company with a good history.

I’ve used Carjon for heating and cooling for 30 years. The guy who installed my first AC unit sold me the next one after 25 years. The same guys do the service every year. Great company great employees.

From my initial correspondence with Rob through the installation I was happy and impressed with the folks at CARJON. Rob spent a good amount of time at my house; he wasn't just in and out. He was accessible throughout the process and answered my questions in a timely fashion. The guys arrived for the install on time and delivered on everything that was agreed to. Last but not least Rob followed up with a phone call the day after install. I have no complaints and would recommend CARJON. I look forward to my new relationship with them.
