Excellent service, professionalism and quality from Jim and Mike. They thoroughly cleaned our HVAC ducts and vents that had never been cleaned before! They were very kind, helpful and talked through the process and results along the way. I would highly recommend their services!

Terrific experience start to finish. The Air Duct crew of Jim, Mike, and Ivan were prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional. The work they accomplished in 5 or so hours was impressive. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and came out looking great. Not an exaggeration to say they delivered more than anticipated. I just wish I had brought them in years ago!

From my initial call and voicemail (after hours) I was promptly texted the following morning from Tayla . She was great asked a few quick questions and sent me the quote right over! The guys ( Mike and Carlos) showed up 2 mornings later. They were very professional and curious . I had to leave to go to work and felt very safe and comfortable leaving them alone at my house to get the job done! They did a great job and sent me over 20 photos of my duct work nice and clean with before and afters! The even got a dead mouse that was stuck out for me ! This company is awesome I would give them 10 stars if I could! No more awful smell coming out of our ducts when we turn on the heat ! TY!

Carlos, Jr. and Ivan were pleasant and courteous from their arrival through the job completion. They evaluated the work to be completed, explained the air duct cleaning process and the equipment they would be using and then went to work. They worked well together and showed me before and after photos during and after the work was completed. My air ducts now look brand new. My home was left tidy and clean. I am very pleased with the end product especially knowing that the air that I am breathing is now clean and healthy. Great job and highly recommended!

Carlos Sr and Michael did a fantastic job and spent all day thoroughly cleaning all the air ducts in our house. Prior to having this done, we kept getting random dust in our house despite vacuuming constantly. Now we are getting no dust at all, so clearly our ducts were the source. The guys showed us the before/after photos, and it's amazing how good they look now. Thank you!!

Ivan & Jr did a great job cleaning my air ducts on 2nd floor. Not an easy task as they had to go thru attic. They were very friendly and informative. They were also punctual. I would definitely use this company again.

I would like to update my review. Today, Feb. 27, 2026, Carlos Sr. and Carlos did a FANTASTIC job on our ducts!!! I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service. I'm not sure I have ever been happier with a contractor's job than this!! They were professional and efficient, but the real proof is in the results. Our ducts and vents look BRAND NEW!!!!! Can't say enough good things about them. Thank you!!!!!!

I am extremely impressed with Air Duct Cleaning of New England. They were very professional from start to finish. Louis and Carlos were our technicians and they were awsome! They took the time to explain everything and listened carefully to any questions that I had. They did the work efficiently and left everything spotless. I highly recommend them - we are so happy that we chose this company to help us clean our ducts!

Read good reviews about CARJON and even got a referral from a friend. Our AC was making a clicking noise and it looked like the fan was running, but we were not getting any air flow. Office explained there would be a diagnostic fee and the technician would evaluate the whole system, then explain the problems and costs.

That was not my experience. Right off, the technician found a faulty capacitor. He did not have the exact capacitor on the truck but said he could daisy chain two together and that would work fine. Only problem was, CARJON was going to charge me the service cost for replacing two capacitors instead of one, not just the additional cost of the second smaller capacitor. This is extremely pricey as the fee is a national rating like going to a car dealer no matter how long it actually takes. It did not take very long as the part just plugs in. I asked if they could come back with the correct replacement. He called the office and they replied that they would charge me another diagnostic fee to come back.

The other arm twisting, was that I had to agree to pay before replacement or he could not finish the diagnostic evaluation without replacement of the faulty capacitor. That was not what the office explained when I called originally and asked for service. I was afraid if I did not proceed, there would be other problems for which I would need to pay another diagnostic fee. So, on June 5 2018, I doled out over $400 for diagnostic and replacement of a $24.00 capacitor.

I wasn't happy when less that two weeks later I was hearing the same clicking noise from the AC unit. This time, I called a very trusted electrician who referred me to an independent HVAC specialist. Russ came out on a Saturday and diagnosed a faulty switch which should have been checked by CARJON. The switch was burnt up pretty good and should have been obvious to the tech who had come out earlier...this was not a brand new failure. Russ was excellent and reasonable. I really don't mind paying for honest work. I'll be calling him again for a new furnace in a year or two, not CARJON. I'm giving two stars as the tech was nice enough and I felt like he was caught between the office and an unhappy customer. Otherwise, one star. Still, he should have found the faulty switch.

CARJON has very nice looking trucks and now I know why. Never again!

Zach was fabulous! He even went to the office to get me a air conditioning unit so I could breathe while waiting for my new air to be replaced on August 14th. You should be very proud to have him as a member of your Team!!!

I have used Carjon for service calls and now have an annual contract. All interactions have been prompt, courteous, and professional. My most recent annual service visit with Christina was the same. She answered all questions clearly and provided excellent and efficient service.

Carjon service is the best. The service person who does the yearly tuneup is very knowledgeable and professional. The service team who did some installation work for us were also very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend this company!

We had our annual air conditioning tune up/check up today. Having dealt with two other companies before let me just say that Carjon gets an A++ in ranking from us. Our technician was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered our questions and explained everything to us. So glad we made the change.

The service technician was on time, very courteous and quickly repaired the heating system. Overall a great experience.

Christina from Carjon came Friday morning to clean my wall air conditioner. She was very thorough cleaning the blades. When she was finished I told her the outside cable was leaking from above. She was able to fix the problem. My remote was hard to see. She mentioned
I could get one from Carjon.
She also told me that the fluid was not running fully & I would need to have it completely cleaned again. I will run it this summer & see how it goes.
Christina was very thorough, polite & answered all my questions . I was very pleased with her &
told her if I was giving her a review it would be A+.

Tyler B has been the technician that has come to my home the last few scheduled appointments. During the latest visit he quickly reviewed and troubleshot the issue I was having and correctly diagnosed it. That issue was resolved in that visit and I have not had an issue since. He provided a detailed explanation and was both professional and expedient.

Every single Carjon technician we have had so far over the last 15 years have been nothing but top notch and phenomenal!! They are all extremely knowledgeable, thorough, truly caring and professional. They go above and beyond to give you your money's worth and have always treated us they would their own family. Also, they take the time to explain everything and do the little things that matter. The office staff is always pleasant, friendly and very accommodating as well. Ben H. was our service representative today, July 24, 2025. He is excellent. We have 6 splits, and he spent almost 2 hours at our house servicing them and answered all of my questions. Carjon has terrific customer service. We have had our splits since 2018 and could not be more pleased.

We were concerned about our duct system being compromised. The technician did a thorough inspection and some repairs. All was good.
