Constraction reviews in Tiverton, Rhode Island

I am extremely pleased with the work provided by Vanelando Construction Inc. Rhuan and his team were very professional, timely and the work quality was excellent. I highly recommend Vanelando Construction Inc.

I wholeheartedly recommend this co. From the first meeting with Rhuan , I knew he was professional, trustworthy and reliable.
They completed the work when they said they would despite terrible weather and the results are great! The crew of workers were extremely hard working and took pride in their work. I recommend them 100 per cent and we are extremely happy with the results.

I recently hired Vanelando Construction to fully replace the siding on my house, and I am beyond impressed with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient. What I liked the most about Vanelando Construction was that they really cared about making me happy. They listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice. If I had any questions or concerns, they were always there to help. I definitely recommend Vanelando Construction to anyone who needs a good contractor. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Five stars!

We're extremely happy with Vanelando Construction. Rhuan worked closely with us to get a great job done. He went over the job and the quote and I was impressed by his detail and thoroughness right from the start.
We needed the rake boards and attic louvers replaced with Azek. The crew that showed up were very courteous. They had very good attention to detail and were especially careful with the existing vinyl siding (that isn't easy.) They cleaned up every day and when completed. (Good work habits.)
I would strongly recommend them and will definitely call them again in the future.

The hardest part of hiring a contractor is finding someone who will do a great job at a fair price. Rhuan and his team did just that! The crew was professional and hard working and communication throughout the project was exceptional. My house looks great! I highly recommend Vanelando Construction!

Rhuan and his team were very professional … they showed up on time, they delivered exactly what they agreed to and cleaned up the worksite afterwards. We are very happy with their work. Would highly recommend !

Finally, I decided to deal with my back deck that was a monstrosity, and dilapidated. After vetting contractors, I instantly connected with Rhuan and Vanelando Construction Inc. he immediately pointed out issues, and made recommendations other contractors never even mentioned. He also worked with my budget, completed the work timely and was extremely friendly and kept me informed. His team is amazing at what they do. The craftsmanship was awesome! I plan on using them for additional project in the future!

Met Rhuan through the thumbtack app and from the first appointment I knew I was going trust him to build a huge deck in my backyard. Completely painless experience from demo of the old to construction of the new. I literally do not have a single complaint. I got everything I asked for and more. I even asked to build a bar top on my railing because I saw a picture on the internet and he figured it out and it's STRONG lol. The deck is beautiful, the roof is strong, and the entire package is top quality. Do not hesitate to call!

Rhuan and his team were great! He was communicative and professional leading up to project and day of. We needed our siding repaired / replaced, and they exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend them and will use them again in future if needed! Photos of before and after added below.

Rhuan and his team crossed every T and dotted every i. From initial design to completion, the team was always on site when they said they would be and very easy to reach. They communicated very well throughout every step of the project and there were no surprise costs. The initial quote was what I ended up paying at the end of the project. I certainly plan on using them again when I’m ready to redo my roof. Vanelando construction is a pleasure to work with.

We had the pleasure of working with Vanelando Construction Inc., and we can confidently say they are the most professional and reliable company we've ever worked with. As newcomers to the country from Belgium, we chose them based on their great Google reviews, and we were not disappointed. From the start, their detailed quote for new siding and a deck really stood out.
Rhuan was an exceptional communicator—always prompt, clear, and open to suggestions. The price for additional adaptations was very fair, and the entire team delivered outstanding craftsmanship, even during the bitter cold of winter. They were also respectful and careful with our existing property, ensuring everything went smoothly.
We had all of our siding redone, and they removed our old wooden porch, replacing it with a beautiful, extended PVC one. Not a single complaint arose throughout the project. We're so happy with the upgrades—top-quality work and a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend Vanelando Construction Inc. to anyone and look forward to working with them again in the future! Will add more recent pictures soon!
