Constraction reviews in Tiverton, Rhode Island

Cottrell Brothers did an excellent job locating a water leak coming from the chimney through the plaster in our house. They were able to find the source, correct it and re plaster so it looked like new. Their care in containing all the mess really made a difference and prevented the dust from spreading throughout the house. A wonderful job Thank you Cottrells

I have done at least 6 projects with Cottrell bros. 2 story addition, deck, cellar stairway upgrade, door replacement, etc. All were completed at the quoted price in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the work done.

Cottrell Brothers did a major kitchen renovation for me and various smaller jobs since then.
I have found every one who works for Cottrell to be expert in their field, conduct themselves professionally, and easy and friendly to be around.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jon and his company to anyone

We hired Cottrell Bros to install a new roof on our home, and then to do some carpentry work to prepare the house for a new paint job. We were very pleased with Cottrell's responsiveness and professionalism in working on our home. Recommend them strongly.

They didn’t a terrific job for me on time and modest cost. Gutters are now doing what they are supposed to do. Good company.

I have had Cottrell Bros. work several projects for me and find them to be reliable and easy to work with. They give thought to their job & figure out the best way to approach work with the homeowner’s interest. I have recommended them to my clients as a Realtor who often comes across homeowners who need projects to be done.

Jon Cottrell and his team are salt of the Earth, hard-working, and committed to doing an excellent job. They fixed my leaky roof and helped with many other projects around my house. I highly recommend them. They will get the job done and they are very good people.

We love our bathroom remodel and new walk-in shower completed by Cottrell Brothers!

We contracted with Cottrell Brothers to build an addition to our house. This addition included a breezeway and garage. Cottrell Brothers was very professional throughout the process. Their staff was respectful and very helpful. The site was always left clean at the end of the day. Changes to the original design were handled fairly and without incident. They were very responsive and patient while answering our questions and concerns.
I would recommend considering Cotterell Brothers for any home improvement project.
