Very pleased with 2012 installation of downspout arrangement put together by Cottrell Bros. to alleviate problems with previous design for runoff from upper roof.

John is a great contractor and a great person, he took a job that nobody else would take and he transformed a large 2 car garage into a home for us and made it affordable for us , I will be ever so grateful to John for taking the job and doing a wonderful job. Steve ,, Tiverton RI

The crew helped us figure out the best way to accomplish our goals, and even left us a few gutter pieces in case we wanted to add a rain barrel later on.

They did a lot of work on my property everything was completed professionally . Steve the main Carpenter was top notch and I appreciated his expert talent very satisfied with their work

I was in a bind, one of the stairs to the front entrance of my 3 family broke. I was in Chicago at the time and couldn't get back to fix it. I called the Cottrell Brothers and they came out promptly to fix it. I will be contacting them later in the year to replace the stairs entirely but with their repairs this will carry me over in the meantime.

Cottrell Brothers is "Simply the Best!" We count on them for all construction projects big or small and they never disappoint - on time, on budget, superior craftsmanship, and superb results.

Great place to call when you need some work done on your house. Very friendly and the work they do is amazing

Always great to work with. I have a 200 year old house and there was a project that no one could figure out how to correct while maintaining the architectural integrity, but Cottrell Brothers was able to come up with a solution.

Have used Cottrell Brothers for two projects over the last 3 years. Performance and completion of both projects was professional and workmanship was excellent, as was follow up. I recommend them highly.

John and Mike have always done an outstanding job of following through and completing the job to my satisfaction and done it as good carpenters with respect for me and my property. They clean up at the end of each work day and when they have finished the project they have removed all of the debris and swept clean. Good job Gentleman. Thank you!
