Constraction reviews in Warwick, Rhode Island

What a great experience! Thank you United Home Experts! Everyone was very communicative. Financing available if necessary. Nick our salesmen was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. Norm our Install Manager provided details in advance so we knew what to expect before and during the install. The installers were pleasant, professional and more importantly skilled at what they were here to do. They covered and protected landscaping and left everything cleaner than when they started, we were very impressed and pleased. Would highly recommend!

Very happy with the results! The guys that came out to do our install were amazing! Took about eight hours total to install four beautiful Marvin windows. We have more to do and I will definitely work with UHE again!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism through out this process. From a thoughtful sales process, a fair contract, the highest quality products, the flawless execution, and the consistent communication from all members of the Team. United, Tim, Norm and crew were excellent! Highly recommend for your project!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We used United Home Experts for our new roof and then returned to them to have new shingles installed a few months later because we were so pleased with our first experience. . Everyone from the initial representative who met with us to discuss our projects to the crew and project managers are a pleasure to work with. The entire team is respectful, hard working and pay great attention to detail. We are very happy with both of our projects and will be returning customers for future home improvements

Mario and the team at united home experts were great t work with!
They did a wonderful job on our house. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Norm and his site supervisor Leo were great! They arrived on time, got right to work and kept me looped in every step along the way.

They completed the job in a day, which included replacing some of the roof decking.

The clean up was top notch. Overall, an excellent experience start to finish.

Residing of Home;
Excellent sales; Mike worked with us to stay within our budget and provide an excellent siding project.
Area manager; Jeff was excellent; Kept us appraised of project through to completion. Daily walk arounds talking with crew and explaining process to me as work was going on.
Work crew chief; Tarzizio was great; personable and friendly; His team was on time; worked a full day and cleaned area before departing for the day. Great team work. They had days where they worked through sleet/snow and cold temperatures. Great Crew. Very pleased with their work. Thanks Guys!
Very pleased with the process from beginning to end. Not to mention that our home looks one heck of a lot better.
Thanks
Dale and Carol

If i could rate them less i would

Jimmy and his team dont play around they get the job done right the first time, they are by far a 100% 5 star operation.

If this company cares as little as they do about how they drive I would not let them work on anything. I just watched one of the construction workers driving a red truck drive across four lanes of traffic without giving a care to anyone. At one point they were even driving the wrong way against traffic. Learn to drive learn to care obey traffic laws.

Thank you RICON for your service to the community thank you for filling in the terrible pot holes on Kingstown road your community salutes you. 🫡

I recently hired Davenport construction to install framing, insulation, sheet rock and plaster in our basement. They showed up as scheduled, expedited the work efficiently and professionally We were very happy with the finished job and will recommend them to our friends.

Davenport Construction did an amazing job installing drywall and plastering our house. They were professional, clean and communicates everything step of the way. I would recommend them highly.

Davenport Construction recently installed Hardie Plank Siding with PVC trim on our building.
The quality was excellent and the project came in within budget! I am so impressed how easy it was to do a project with them. Communication was great, their crew was very professional, and the site was always clean. I highly recommend Jeff and his team for any of your projects.

Rodrigo. And Claudine did amazing work. I'm so glad I did my homework the guys were quick, friendly and the gutters look GREAT.

Alexandre and Waxel did amazing job with the trim work on my roof due to wind damage and replacing a faulty vent on my roof. The best!!!

Rodrigo and Claudinei did a great job. They worked quickly and we were very happy with their work.

Rodrigo and claidinei worked on fixing my gutters. These guys are amazing. They smile and are friendly. They are very transparent and communicate very well. They do a step by step walk through to let you know what needs to be done and when they finished they did a walk through and went over everything again. I wish customers service was like this everywhere.

Rodrigo and Claudine were very personable and repaired loose siding always very happy with Couto Construction

Josimar, Joel, and Fernando came out to replace two very large bay windows and did an amazing job. The job site was left clean, everything was sealed properly and they touched up all the paint/trim perfectly. At the end of the day they even offered to help put the curtains back up and tidy up inside. All around a great experience and will definitely be calling Couto construction in the future!

Great experience with Couto team! House got sided in a week, team was respectful and thorough…showed up 1st thing in AM and stayed until almost dark. Easy to communicate with and got daily updates. Highly recommend.
