Constraction reviews in Warwick, Rhode Island

Rodrigo and Claudinei and josimar and Romario did an excellent job. They cleaned up job site very well. I will use 5hem again.

Rodrigo and Cloney did a great job! Both were very helpful and friendly, and did a thorough job. I am very appreciative.😊

Got two windows replaced that had issues with condensation and mold. The estimator suggested we get Provia windows and we are very happy with them. The home office was very communicative the whole way with costs and anticipated timing. The day of installation, Josimar and Romario were efficient and completed the job in one day.

Rodrigo and Claudinei were punctual, very organized and fast. They arrived on time, reviewed the project, quickly got to work and checked in with us when questions arose. They worked with a high sense of integrity and pride and we love our brand new gutters. I look forward to working with them again when our roof is up! Thanks so much!

Rodrigo and Claudinei did excellent work replacing fascia trim board. They explained things well and made good suggestion of other problem that needed to be addressed (better gutter guards).

Alexandre and Waxel were very professional and did a good job, no complaints. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the office dropping the ball.

Couto construction company was very quick to respond to our ice dam problem. The workers they sent were very professional and thorough in completing the work. Claudinei and Joel were friendly, competent and hard working people. My wife and I were very happy and pleased with the completed work and clean-up, and would be happy to recommend Couto to anyone looking for home repair and construction.

Rodrigo and Claudinei were very professional and got everything done in a timely manner. They communicated well throughout the whole job. Unfortunately, the job they completed was not the job we hired Couto Construction to do. We asked to have the flashing replaced on our skylights, and Couto reshingled and replaced the underlayment surrounding the skylights instead. Our leak has gotten worse since the 'repairs' and our house has taken on considerable water damage. I have been calling for over two weeks to get them to come by to fix the issue, and I still have yet to hear when they'll be by to perform the job we asked them to complete.

Rodrigo and claudinei installed a ridge vent, roof cap and a vent for our bathroom today. They were very professional, friendly and courteous. They did a wonderful job. We would definitely recommend them and Couto Construction.

Highly recommend Couto Construction! Justin and Keven did a great job repairing our house roof. They were very professional, thorough and finished the job in a timely manner. Thank you!

Couto Construction had us "at hello" with their friendly and professional staff that preformed a thorough and informative inspection! The roof installation and cleanup were super speedy and efficient. All project timelines were on time or early and the support team was in frequent contact with us throughout. Five stars all the way! Would highly recommend Couto Construction!

Amazing work done at our house by Alexandre and Wexel! The team was quick, efficient, and competitive! We needed new gutters and all of our trim replaced. I will call them again for our next project!

Repairs to window frames and sills done by Alexandre and Wexel from Couto. The workers showed me how each repair was made layer by layer and worked with me when additional problems were encountered. Very thorough and skilled craftsmanship.

Rodrigo and Claudinei showed up to fix my window flashing. Great communication, it was a quick fix! They are both very friendly & courteous. Work was done quickly!
See before & after photos. Note, the original flashing blew away during one of our recent storms.

I’ve had a great experience with Couto Construction. Rodrigo and Claudinei were extremely professional and they kept me posted on every move, by sending me photos throughout the job process. I strongly recommend their service! - Lucas

Rodrigo and Claudinei were soooo nice!!! They did a perfect job and cleaned up after... I had backed into the skirting of my mobile home. They replaced the entire front.

After having ups break my window I had Couto construction come by to give me a detailed estimate for replacement . From the minute I called til the end of this project they were very informative of every step they were making and order of materials as well as keeping me updated on project time and crew performing work.

Josimar and Romario some of the best window installers. Showed up promptly on time in the pouring rain and executed a complete window change. From a bay window to a picture and to lifts. Thank you so much and I will definitely be using this same crew and company to come replace rest of windows on my house!

Thank you,

Glen

Rodrigo and Claudinei were very professional, informative, knowledgeable and finished the job easily. The entire process was very easy, and the crew was clean and cautious of the landscaping. All plants around the property were perfect…something I did not expect. Price was right, crew was perfect…I will be using them again for all my roofing and gutter needs.

I had an ice dam that required clearing due to leaking. I first worked with Andy G. who was extremely helpful in coordinating the job. Claudinei and Romario showed up for the job and were very kind, extremely hard workers, and produced great results!

Rodrigo and claudinei are a great team. They did quality work efficiently. I cannot say enough about these 2 guys. On the other hand couteau was a big disappointment and hassle to deal with a lot of stuff was written up and charged improperly again, the crew was great. They only did what they were told and it came out good.

Rodrigo and Claudinei did a fantastic job fixing our roof or ice dams. Their work was clean and impeccable. They took such great care and time, went over everything in the end. Would hire them again and again. Best job we have seen at our house in a very long time!
