The green guys came to my house cleaned up my
yard very nicely. I now have the best lawn in the
neighborhood thanks to them. Showed up 15 minutes
prior to my appointment. Very courteous and fair
pricing couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Definitely recommend them for all your landscaping
and lawn care needs

Green Guys gave me a very reasonable quote on a mess of a job on my property. They performed the task in a timely manner and were very professional. After they completed the job, all I could say is wow! They did a fantastic job for me. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly use them again when needed!!!

1. They do not follow through with estimates and services that you request.

2. To speak with someone, you (1) call the office, (2) they take a message, (3) you wait for a callback (4) Hope to God you are around when they call or you're back to step 1. Not an efficient use of your time when their services are supposed to make your life easier.

3. Seasonal cleanups are mediocre - and they only send one person so if they are charging by the hour, well you can do the math!

4. They auto-invoice and auto bill. Their billing system or business process is not sophisticated enough to prevent invoicing/billing when services aren't provided, so babysitting their invoices and fighting about whether services were actually provided is going to become your new part-time job.

5. I do not believe they provided me with the services that they billed me for. If they did in fact provide winter services when I believe they did not, then they haven't done a very good job. I can't even tell they did anything which begs the question, what am I paying for? That's a problem either way most reasonable people would look at it.

6. Lastly, by not doing what they say they will do, not billing appropriately, and not following up on customer issues expeditiously - I could not recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Green Guys! They were fast, efficient, friendly, and did a great job. I highly recommend using them for your landscaping needs!

Green Guy's really made my day!!! I have a difficult yard and needed help getting it ready for spring. Rich and Vince worked with me to get a plan I could afford. The workmen did a wonderful job. The yard looks great!!

Early season lawn installation project went off flawlessly. A crew of two showed up four business days after the initial contact and estimate. Painless process, highly recommend Green Guys for a first look. Steve (primary laborer and supervisor was most affable, knowledgeable and worked his tail off. He was most open to suggestions and observations I made as the job progressed. I learned a lot from the experience. Most importantly, I will be using Green Guys again when the next project arises

These guys are phenomenal! I almost never leave reviews, but I couldn’t help myself with this one. They go above and beyond. They are professional, responsive, and do amazing work. I’ve had several landscaping companies- I will never go to anyone else again.

Amazing professionalism and support. Andre and Rich were so helpful and prompt. When I called into the office (I can’t remember the gentleman’s names name, so sorry!), my questions were answered and my requests attended to in good time. My yard was a disaster and now it can sleep peacefully for the winter, thanks to Rich’s efforts. I look forward to working with Green Guys next year.

We called for an appointment Friday at 4:30 pm and our yard was completely finished by 9:00 the next morning! Anthony and Grant were great - very courteous and professional. Overall fantastic job and would highly recommend them.

We hired Green Guys for spring Cleanup and Hedge trimming for our temple. they have done an exceptional work within given time frame and reasonable price. We are well satisfied and will consider to hire them in future as well.

Green Guys sent their team to do a cleanup on my property aftera windy and messy winter. The men were kind and diligent. I reached out about a concern and received a call back from the General Manager who assured me that his guys will come right out that same day to take care of the outstanding item. He was pleasant and understanding and I appreciate the time, attention, and respect that he gave to our conversation. Looking forward to seeing continued good work from these guys. Thank you

Juan and his team at Green Guys did my property which included grass cutting and weed trimming. They were here in a timely manner and professional. They tended to my yard and worked around inclement weather and were here the very next day to complete the job without having to wait. I am very pleased and would recommend Green Guys. Patrick came buy to do my spring clean up and he was awesome. He was knowledgeable and you could tell her knows what he is doing. Shout out to him and the company for hiring him!

I had to find a lawn company when I went in for surgery and most did not call back or give me an estimate, except Green Guys. They gave me a quote over the phone immediately. I tried to get a 2nd quote to compare so I contacted 6 others from Angie's list but none quoted. So I went with Green Guys. They have been excellent, much better than I did myself. They cut the lawn, edge the street area and walkways and blow the dust and acorns off the driveway and pool area. The guys are personable as well. I met Eric today who was courteous said hello when they arrived. Others have also done a great job and I highly recommend them.

Last year they came to my elderly mother's do complete a spring clean up. They did a fantastic job. At the time the rate was 106.00 per hour, nothing more. This year, they had two people come and the rate increased to $125.00 per hour. They were there for 3.67 hours. The bill is $917.00, What? Come to find out it's 125 per hour and then they send two men it's 114 per man per hour on top of that. Even then the math does not add up. Somewhere there's something about a 50.00 balance. Rip off! Deceptive practices. When calling you cannot get the same person, so no resolution.

Had a couple bushes removed by Patrick. Super friendly and efficient. Took about 3 hours and did some photos for future work. Everything clean up after. Can’t wait to get some more work done with them

I left a scathing review just prior to this; please disregard that as I cannot remove it from Google reviews. Andre called me immediately and was vey helpful. He knew the bill was wrong and will be reconciling it over the next couple days. The service was great and I appreciate the return call from Andre. I am sure all will work out and I will use them again if all works out. He explained it’s early in the season and there are glitches. Feeling much better about this.

Quoted us $125 for the work, came and did work we did not ask for, did not send us a bill within the 24 hour period that you can dispute the work, and billed us for $1,000. Do not believe their estimates and beware that you will have no information to act upon within their dispute deadlines.
