I signed up with Green Guys for lawn maintenance, and they've been doing an excellent job—especially Jason, who handles my weekly mowing. He's clearly very skilled and knows exactly what he's doing.

I had a negative experience with their customer service line a few years ago, but recently reached out for some information to compare services—and I was pleasantly surprised. Their customer service team is now responsive, well-informed, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. Great improvement!

We've worked with Green Guys twice over the past few years and had positive experiences both times. Most recently, we had some large and long tree limbs fall from high winds. These limbs were on our property, but also extended into the street and were too heavy and awkward to move effectively. When we called Green Guys, they worked with me to put together a quick quote over the phone so they could get moving on the work right away. They scheduled the service for the next day, but actually sent someone out the same day I called because they knew we were concerned about the limbs being partially in the street. Great work and great customer service. We highly recommend them and will certainly work with them again in the future.

Patrick is great. I had some issues with previous employees. He took ownership himself and solved the issues personally coming out to do the work. I came home as he was doing the work (which turned out great) he apologized for past issues and had great customer service. In fact he was able to help my identify some of my plants leading to me being able to take better care of them!

I called Green Guys a few months ago and had the pleasure of speaking with one of the best customer service representatives, Anne (or Annie). She was incredibly helpful—answering all my lawn care questions thoroughly, offering thoughtful suggestions, and guiding me toward the most suitable services for my property. This is the kind of customer service everyone hopes for, and I truly hope her company recognizes her value and positive attitude.

We hired Green Guys to do a pretty heavy spring clean up, and they did not disappoint! They were efficient, and our yard looks amazing. They even cleaned up our bushes! I am beyond thrilled with the result and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Back in June, my neighbor referred me to Green Guys for lawn maintenance services. I called their hotline and was pleasantly surprised to receive immediate assistance with my inquiry. Anne, in particular, was incredibly professional—clearly explaining everything from the estimate and scheduling process to reminding me to review the terms and conditions for reference. It's refreshing to interact with a customer service team that not only represents the company well but truly cares about its clients. Kudos to Anne, the entire customer service team, and the hardworking crews!

Back in May 2025, I was exploring lawn care services in the Warwick area and came across Green Guys online. I was preparing to sell my property and wanted to give it a final touch-up, so I reached out to request a quote. Although I didn’t proceed with the service—since the buyer wanted to move in right away and the property sold quickly—I still had a great experience. The customer service associate I spoke with, Anne, was absolutely wonderful. She shared helpful real estate tips and provided detailed information about their lawn care services, which I may consider in the future. Thank you, Anne, for treating every customer like a VIP!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I scheduled for the day after the snow storm to plow my driveway. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I called after the first day 4 times and they didn't have the common curtesy to return my call,

Please go to yelp to read reviews. It’s not good. I was threatened by Eric (who is not the owner) on RI contractors page. Eric was not going to reimburse my account for an invoice that was wrong. Told me once I deleted my prior review he would reimburse. Again please go to Yelp as Eric will do. Wonder if he threatened any of those review owners? Thank you

Exceptional. That is the ONLY word that describes the service that I got from Green Guys. Kyle came out and did a phenomenal job taking up every single leaf that was in my yard— and there were a lot of them! He tended to every small area, including all of the nooks and crannies. He didn’t leave until the job was completely finished. He did a remarkable job and I would highly recommend Green Guys and Kyle if you’re looking to have your winter prep work done.

Snow removal. They were able to fit me in the next morning. They plowed 4 feet of compact snow in my driveway and dug our 2 cars out. They did a great job.

Jason came out to service us because our oil delivery couldn’t be made from the amount of snow and our vehicles continuously got stuck. We live in the Greene area of Coventry and our road doesn’t get plowed by the city. Jason came out the next morning upon us calling Green Guys, let me tell you, Jason went above and beyond our request he was kind, professional and helped guide my daughter to drive when she was stuck. He cleared both our driveways and made our narrow road( because of the snow) wider. He was meticulous and precise with his work, looks so great I wish I would have did a before and after picture to share! I recommend this company and we are going to do more business with them for future projects because of this great world class customer service that was provided. The company was fantastic and increasingly responsive in getting my car situation resolved.

Jason was very prompt and did a fantastic job in not only getting my car out of the huge amount of snow over a short period but also a great, personable guy.

Absolutely horrible company. I hired this company to trim my shrubs and weed my beds. I specifically put in the service request DO NOT CUT GRASS. Well guess what? They decided to cut my grass. And funny enough for a landscaping company they have no idea how to cut grass. I have a mixture of Kentucky blue grass that I keep to 3.5 inches. I cut no more than 1/3 of the total height off every cut because that’s what you’re taught when cutting grass. Apparently these guys have no idea how to cut grass because they scalped my lawn from 3.5 inches to 1 inch. When I talked to the guy on the phone he told me that my grass was so long they had to cut it twice. How short do you guys cut every property that you thought mine had to be cut twice?!? For a landscaping company these people A) can’t follow simple directions and B) have no idea how to properly maintain grass. It sounds corny but their name should be Brown Guys because that’s what my lawn looks like now thanks to them. Remember what I said earlier, they weren’t supposed to touch the grass… also they barely touched the beds. The photos I have provided are the before and after pictures of this travesty of a job they did to my lawn. Years of hard work and money thrown down the drain. Thankfully unlike them I actually know grass and will be able to get it back over the next few years but thanks for the headache. In case you’re confused the beautiful green lawn pictures are before they destroyed it. I provided pictures from right after they scalped it and how it looks grown out.
