Nothing but good things to say, kind, courteous and professional, and most of all affordable. Chris first helped with a frozen downspout, cleared it right up and haven’t had a problem since. Because he did such a good job the first time, we decided to work with him again on the rest of our downspouts— as it turns out one of them was FULL of roots that were causing a back up, he was able to get those out and has hopefully fixed the issue. We’ve made a standing appointment with him so that we can make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Remedy Drain Cleaning has been a life saver! Chris came the same day and helped clear the lines for my sump pump. The basement had been taking on water and lines were backed up - Chris came right away and walked through the steps we could take to solve the problem. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail. The following days when it was raining heavily, Chris checked in and made sure everything was still ok. Great customer service from a satisfied customer.

Chris was referred to me by my plumber to snake a clog at my mom's house and he was awesome and I highly recommend him! He had to snake a clog in the septic tank and spent half the day getting it unclogged. And he knows people in the industry that was able to come out right away to help to get the job done, due to the severity of issue. First and foremost, I had a handful of companies try to fix an overflow problem in the basement when the washer would drain. I had 3 plumbers and a cesspool company try to solve the issue. I was told:
I was still connected to a drywall even though we are connected to sewers, my pipes were too low and too small in diameter, the reasons were endless!
Then I contacted Chris from Remedy Drain Cleaning. From the time I placed my initial
call, they were here within 2 days. The communication was effective and efficient. He was patient, empathetic and answered all my questions which eased my mind! Upon arrival, Dave, the technician, listened to the sewer clean out pipe and heard water running from the appliance connected to that drain. He instantly knew we’re connected to sewers and not a dry well for the pipe in question. Then he used a camera probe to pinpoint the problem and verify the pipe went to the main sewer line. He found the clog in the pipe, cleaned it and now I am up and running with no issue!
