Marcia Dupree was excellent in assisting me with a bath remodel! I had a picture of a shower I wanted that's it!! She helped pick a vanity, tub, shower doors, faucets etc!!! I was a bit overwhelemd and not able to make a decision! I was very thankful I came across Marcia! Wish I had met her before ordering the tile / floor. Communication was great, delivery was on time with a phone call 45 mins before! Highly recommend!

Dana is a pleasure to work with. She knows her products well. I highly recommend working with her on your kitchen and bath projects. She outfitted my new home and i am very happy with the outcome

As an Interior Designer, Jason is the most perfect collaborator. He is respectful of client and designer, project and outcome. He takes time to look at the design and hones in on the best product. He is knowledgeable, diligent, writes the details down and follows thru.

This is a lovely showroom, and we bought all of our bathroom items here. The prices are reasonable, for the good quality. Finally, Ron Smith is one of the best sales people we've had the pleasure to work with!

Jason was fantastic. My wife and I met with Him on many occasions. He was extremely patient and thoughtful during all of our meetings. Rather than getting a quick sale or trying to Convince us to purchase more expensive fixtures, he worked with us to get great products within our budget. We are thrilled with the results.

We are having a major home renovation and had not had much success with the first place we visited so we tried Heather based upon our contractors recommendation. Wow about sums it up!
Because we were a little behind schedule we were advised to try and order items without a long wait time. We went in and met Heather feeling more than a little stressed and overwhelmed. Our project is a big one. Four bathrooms. A new mudroom with a laundry. A full kitchen remodel. We had no real idea what to do other than bring our list in and give it a try.

We left Kitchen and Bath Gallery over three hours later! We had already picked the majority of the items that day! Heather walked us through every step. She put together a proposal that stayed within our allowances. That was great because she was dealing with two CPAs and we know numbers if not plumbing. There is so much to consider when picking out plumbing. I think now the most important part is to find the right person and the right place to work with. We found that with Heather and Kitchen and Bath Gallery. It isn’t just the parts you see although that was what we were focusing on. It’s the inner workings and the additional plumbing fixtures that you need that our contractor had all summarized for us but really can overwhelm you if this isn’t what you do. Heather made this experience fun! It’s true. It was fun and we are excited with what we chose!

We returned a few days later with our daughter to finalize the order and to have her pick out a few items. She was also very happy with Heather and she is also a CPA! If you can work with three accountants and help them understand all of it that’s a testament to attention to detail. Our daughter is more our designer type and she was very pleased with the choices she was able to make.

We ended up making some changes to what we wanted which were more than we planned to spend but in every instance we understood why and it made sense. We all believe we received a very fair price well in line with the quality of the product they offer.

We would all highly recommend Heather as a person to work with and I know if we ever need anything else she’s the one we’d go to.

The Kitchen and Bath Gallery is a very enjoyable place to see a lot of items already on display it helped so much. It’s so much better than just being able to look at a book or online.

The staff at Supply NE were nothing but friendly and helpful. We worked with Marcia to find the perfect apron front kitchen sink. She was very well informed about her products and it was clear she loved her work and the people she serves. Marcia was the best!

Dana Breggia was extremely helpful and proactive in designing and getting my new kitchen completed. I switched to Supply NE after a bad experience with another designer. Dana listened to my requirements, turned them into a design and was very efficient in ordering and addressing any issues that arose. She worked well with the subcontractors and the primary contractor and was always available when I called her. If I redo another part of the house, Dana is the designer I will contact.

Marcia is a very conscientious, courteous and pleasant designer. She is very helpful and patient with her clients. We were very pleased with her design assistance and quick e-mail responses. It was a pleasure working with her on our new bathroom. I would recommend Kitchen & Bath Gallery. If I need any additional house remodeling, we will be contacting Marcia again. Advisor and coordinator Ms.Heather Laflamme was outstanding in every way.she helped through out the bathroom remodelling project.she went over and beyond her obligation to make sure deliveries and needed parts on delivered on time.

We are building our new house and were referred to this place by our builder. We had an idea of what we wanted for our master bathroom but they have so many options that it hard for you to decide. That's when Ron Smith came to the rescue. He provided us with so much details, options and choices. He explained the difference in quality and pricing. He was amazing and super patient. We appreciate the fact that he guided us towards the best decision and all this with a bright, warm smile. We'll definitely return to buy the rest of the stuff we need for our new home.

Best day ever when I stopped into Kitchen & Bath Gallery and was assigned designer Heather LaFlamme to assist me. I had a vague sense of what I wanted for my bathroom renovation. I know what I like and don't like, but Heather seemed to know exactly what I was dreaming of for my new bathroom and within minutes we were putting all the pieces together. Heather was by my side through the entire renovation process and even assisted with items that were beyond her scope. She was always more than helpful and very responsive.
