This place was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Arrived at 2 pm. Not allowed in showroom, so much for shop local.

Horrible experience. Stood around waiting forever to get a furnace part, nobody wanted to help me or even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. Rude ignorant employees that only care about commercial customers. Never will be back. Walked right out.

A very taxing experience. While sales person offered good advice on how to save money (chrome, vs. polished chrome) and brands with good reputations and lack of issues, the delivery of parts were incomplete --- big boxes all accounted for, but while two faucets ordered for double sink, only ONE set of levered arrived. When we had to take on ordering new SET of levers UPS overnight to complete, only ONE lever showed up. Towel warmer was ordered, which is useless without a timer; but had to order after the fact. Wish more counsel on which brands/products were packaged complete (e.g. Victoria + Albert) vs. those where several & complete list of components needed to be ordered for deliver a faucet for sink (Brizio/Delta)...not cheap products.

Love this plumbing supply place! I always has what I need. Great friendly service those guys are always willing to help also what more could you ask for?
I'll tell you I always go to a plumbing supply place not Lowe's or Home Depot that's where the quality and services

I worked with Dana on a new construction project, it was a full kitchen as well as 2 1/2 bathrooms. Dana was extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer and working diligently to ensure we understood everything we were getting. I have since recommended Dana to several people including my mother.

Beautiful selection of counter tops, backsplashes, sinks, faucets. It would be difficult not to find something you would like for either your kitchen or bathroom. My only issue was there were no prices on anything we looked at. It was very busy and most of the salespeople were helping customers, and this was in the middle of the week! I didn't order anything, I am just in the planning, looking what's available stage. I do get the impression that everything there is very high end. Hoping I can find something I love that's affordable.

My husband and I recently went in to Supply New England. We had the pleasure of working with Jason Long. He was so informative and honest with us. We went in to purchase a new toilet. He walked us through the various types and explained the differences. He was not pushy at all. We left purchasing a whole new trim kit and shower head as well for our shower as well as the toilet. He could not have been more professional. Would definitely recommend Jason and Supply New England.

Dana Breggia at Supply New England was AMAZING to work with. She made my kitchen renovation dream a reality and then some. I wouldn't change a thing. She helped me every step of the way, I love how everything came out. I would highly recommend Supply New England, especially Dana Breggia to all my friends and family and plan to use them for all renovations going forward.

We met Heather when we were getting ideas for our bathrooms, we consider ourselves lucky to have found her. She was absolutely wonderful. We gave her our thoughts and she seemed to know exactly what we needed/wanted right away. Her plans were perfect for all the subs to follow, any problems that came up (and there were many) were solved quickly. Photos of both bathrooms are attached.
