My tub would make gurgling noises when the kitchen sink and bathroom sink turns on. No idea what was happening until water wouldn't drain, but instead water started backing up and rising in my tub. Jeff helped out with my bathroom renovation and installed my new tub, toilet, and diagnose/fix a bunch of other issues in my old house. He was able to install/hook up our new tub through a closet access on the opposite wall and saved me from having to tear out our kitchen ceiling to hook up the new plumbing. This is after multiple other plumbers came out and told me I had to rip out the ceiling below the bathroom to install the new tub. Jeff was able to get it done perfectly, through a smaller access hole, and cheaper than everyone else that came by!

I had an emergency and jeff responded right away. The service was fast, professional, and reliable I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a plumber!!

J BERARD plumbing came out to fix the water line to my refrigerator that wasn’t working. I had previously had another plumber look at it and say that he would have to open up the walls to fix it etc. J BERARD came and had it fixed without opening up walls in less than 30 minutes. They were a pleasure to work with, and even took off their shoes because we don’t wear shoes in our home. He even followed up later to make sure everything was still working properly and ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend. I had a semi emergency on a Sunday and Jeff was here within minutes to address it. He got our issue figured out, installed a toilet that looks and runs great, and gave some helpful advice for us going forward. Rates were fair, especially for coming out on the spot on a Sunday. They will be our go to for anything plumbing or heating going forward.

I did not get treated fairly. Installed water heater was suppose to put new electric receptacles just left plugged into boiler plug and did not finish condosite line.
