I own a 7 unit apartment building in Providence and got "the call" from one of my tenants. He was very professional, great service, and at my location in early am as requested. He took a video's prior to cleaning major clog and after to make sure all was well. Excellent pricing for all the work he performed. He is definitely my drain cleaning guy from now on!

We called Paul Anderson yesterday evening to declog our basement drain, and they came the next day within the stated time frame. The tech, Nick, got to it and declogged the drain within minutes.

I called on the morning of 1/22/26 at 5:18am and left a message. I received a call back less than 15 minutes later. I explained that nothing would drain in my bathroom and I've had problems with roots growing into the waste pipe in the past. I was told someone would be there between 8:30 and 9:30am and someone would call when they were on the way. This is EXACTLY what happened. The serviceman (Keith) was thorough and professional and even cleared the waste pipe twice to make sure it was clear. The pricing was very fair especially considering the effort he out into making sure the job was done. Paul Anderson was referred to me from a plumber I know and I would not hesitate to refer them to others. Thank you.

Our air condtioning went on the fritz during a heat wave. We were very impressed how quickly we received service to have it evaluated and repaired. William came to our home and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in record time. My wife and I were thrilled with his expertise and the ability to explain to us , in laymen terms, the issue. His assistant Mark was also a great help. I highly recommend both.

This was an amazing experience. I recently purchased a home with 2 leaks. I contacted several plumbers to come out and Mr.Rooter was the only one to both answer and not charge me a large fee to come out. Our plumber was Charles. He was very informative throughout the process. He was able to complete one massive leak the day of and came back the following notice to finish up with the second one, which needed a special order part. Charles had exceptional customer service skills and I feel he truly went above and beyond for me. Overall, I would highly recommend. I will definitely contact Mr. Rooter for future needs and will request Charles going forward as well. Nothing can replace the piece of mind that he left me with at the end of the day.

The hot water heater died overnight and was discovered in a pool of water in the morning. I called Mr. Rooter around 9 am and spoke with Kelly. By around 10:45 am Ed was at the house and by around 2 pm the new heater was in place and the old one gone!! AMAZING and a huge thank you to Kelly and Ed!

I called Mr Rooter because our 13 year old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Charles came out quickly, gave a fair quote, and did the job right away because he had a water heater in his truck already. The leak happened in the morning and we had a new water heater installed by lunch. Great company and I’ll be requesting Charles for further plumbing work in the future!

Justin is very professional and friendly to work with. He fixed leaking pipe under my vanity and changed shower fixtures. I’m so glad to call Mr. Rooter. Definitely recommended.

Our house is over 100yrs. old and my husband can fix almost anything but not drainage. Yesterday after doing laundry heard my kitchen sink water gurgling and then the bathroom. tub and toilet overflowed. Called Mr. Rooter and the office person said she will send someone who will be there within 30 min.. oh sure, I thought. Well doorbell rang 20 min. later, she had already sent me a text with pix of Justin & Shy ! My husband took them into basement, they brought in the equipment , we agreed to the price and they went to work. They send a camera through the entire drainage pipe from our basement to street. Problem is almost always roots!!
Anyway, ours was a little more complicated and the owner showed up with more machinery. They explained everything to us step by step and you physically see pictures of these underground pipes. These guys were wonderful, hardworking , respectful and extremely pleasant. Thank you for your good work!

Kelly was great. Not only did she fix the problem but she made sure to test everything out & do multiple checks to make sure it was really fixed. I like the 90 day guarantee. I like that the company sent me a picture of her before her arrival. I really like that she actually cleaned up the entire mess she made & it seemed like she was never there. Just my beautiful new sink, clean & operable. Kelly’s a dog mom who brought dog treats & made my dogs day too, they loved her. I did not love the price, but I do love the peace of mind.

Came the same day I called and Justin was able to fix the small leak the same day. He kept me informed throughout the process. Thank you!

10+***** Called for Sink clog & gurgling from kitchen sinks on 2 floors that connected. They said they could have someone within the hour and they were here before 15min. Talk about speedy service. They sent a text with the name & picture of who was coming which was great. Eric J was wonderful from start to finish. He explained everything clearly & explained all pricing. We needed a camera plus a snake to completely clear the sewer line out. Eric has great customer service skills, was very kind and completed the job with great skill. You can tell he takes pride in his work & appreciates customers. In less than 2 hours from start to finish the drains were working great. When he left I had my gloves & cleaners ready to clean up all the gunk and it was completely clean and everything that was moved was moved back in place like nothing ever happened. Thank you. 10********** for Mr. Rooter & Eric. Def will be my go to Plumbing from now on. 🙌🏼

I had a leaky pipe in my basement and needed it repaired quickly. I called Mr. Rooter just before 8 am and the team had a serviceman available before 10 am. The text I received to confirm the appointment has a picture of our repairman, Ed Wilner. I liked that they did this.

They replaced the faulty pipe, repaired the leak professionally, and the price was very reasonable. Ed advised me that well water is very hard on copper pipes, which I did not know. They also offer a senior discount and a discount for members of the military. Great job. I will call again for any future repairs. Highly recommend!
